I was lured into making a purchase because of the website with a Nordstrom title. I decided to purchase two of the waffle long sleeve shirts to qualify for the free shipping option. My card was charged immediately and the shirts did arrive.
They are poor quality. (Flimsy material, no brand tags, and not true to size)
I did try to make a return but was told because the measurements were stated on the website I was not able to make a return. The shipping was too expensive—-so I am stuck with the two shirts ($39.99 each) with no return option.
This company is a complete scam—-do not order from them.
This company advertises as Nordstrom‘s fraudulently. Do not order from them! When you write to them, they ignore you. I canceled the order within minutes after ordering and they did not respond.
China-based business marketing to the US. Doesn't state that upfront, so delivery takes 3X the time as US retailer. Then, when the size doesn't fit, they fraudulently don't take returns or make refunds, stating that it's too expensive to ship back to China. Avoid this company.
Ordered a shirt in size S. What arrived would have fit 2 of me. I tried to return. Back and forth emails. They said only would take return if item is defective. After more complaints on my part, they offered me 20% off next item. Never would buy from them again. Also they claim, in various online adds to be either "Talbot" or "Nordstrom". NOT!! Those companies should stop them from false advertising.
I've clicked on the link in my feed a couple of times. I noticed that the ad states it is Talbot's at first( a trusted Canadian brand), and then when I click on the item( which looks very stylish), it doesn't go to Talbot, but to novethery. So, definitely looks to be a scam using a trusted name.
