Definitely a scam. The company is not located in the US and returns are impossible. Item was not sized to US standards, which company denied. After asking for pictures so i could be given return info and address, I received email that stated: “If you still wish to proceed with the return, please note that we can only process the refund after receiving the returned package. The return shipping cost is approximately $20, and the return transit time may take about a month. To save you time and expense, we suggest keeping the item or donating it to someone in need. As a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a 15% discount coupon for your next purchase.”
Discount? Next purchase? I don’t think so!
I purchased a raincoat described as oversized. It was at least two sizes too small! Although the website states refund within thirty days they will not refund it. They engage in false advertising and fraudulent claims. They offer ridiculous solutions like 10% refunds. Do not buy from this website.
I ordered a raincoat that was advertised on Facebook and some games to be from Nordstrom. The product came in packaging from Vellinco. It was nothing like the picture I ordered from and is WAY TOO SMALL for the size I ordered. Totally unusable and no address or customer service whatsoever to ask for a refund. DO NOT ORDER anything where this company comes up on final order page. A total ripoff. Also, they use SpeedX as a delivery service. That means the product came from an Asian company and it was supposed to be USA made. Scam🤬
Ordered an "oversized raincoat", which took 3 weeks to arrive. Was WAY smaller than advertised & didn't fit at all, even though I checked their measurements. Immediately I requested a return as they have a 30 day return guarantee, & they demanded I take 3 photos of the item, the shipping label & the product label. Sent them the requested photos & got a bot reply saying they wanted me to pay return shipping costs to Hong Kong (roughly $20-50) and then they'd only give me a 20% refund! Since the coat cost $50, I'd be losing lots more money than it's worth. Sleazy since they have an office in So. Cal. where the shipment tracking began, but they won't let me send it there.
Ordered 2 “Orthopedic”
Sandals, took long time to receive it and then the sandals were too big, poor quality and company won’t provide a refund. They ask for pictures but didn’t matter because they won’t give refund “unless there is a quality issue” They offer a 20% discount coupon to buy the size you want. I wrote back “Unacceptable!” Then they came back with a 50% discount coupon to reorder (shoes I don’t want) or I pay $40 international shipping fee and they will send the correct size, which I ordered my usual size.
These are NOT made in USA, items received do NOT appear the same as pictured.

I purchased two pair of shoes and when I wore one pair one time they broke. I have had 28 emails back and forth and they will not give me an address to send them back or give me a full refund. NO ONE should EVER buy ANYTHING from this company. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!1
Buyer beware! They advertise Nordstrom all over the items and when you receive them, they are pure junk. When you try to return them they offer you 10% of your purchase price. Additionally, they insist you return the product to China as opposed to the location they came from, about 50 miles from my home. They are NOT a reputable company!! I will never buy from them again!
I wish I could give them a negative 10 rating. I ordered 4 raincoats, supposedly water-repellent, intending them as Christmas gifts. They are made of cheap fabric, run way too small in size (a couple of them looked like children’s items), and the colors were AWFUL (looked nothing like the online pictures). These are totally useless. Very sorry I ordered them. Strongly advise against ordering from this company. Deceptive advertising, zero customer service. A total scam!’
Deceived about product. Said “full 30 day refund” but would not let me return it. Dress was way too big and fabric was cheap! Offered 10% off on another size!!! Made it look like Nordstrom but then when you go to order, it says Vellinco! Company was not helpful at all. Could only find email!!Just wants your money!
Scam online company. Clicked on Nordstrom ad and was routed to Vellinco. Very dissatisfied with the clothing I received. Not Nordstrom at all. Clothing came from China. Very cheap materials and quality.
I ordered 2 dresses, size small. One dress was way too large and fit like a tent. The second dress was way too small through the chest and waist. The blouse I received looked like a cheap version of the blouse I ordered.
I contacted the company via email to make a return and get a refund. After 16 emails back and forth and offers for varied discounts on future oders, I finally received my refund without having to return the product.
My advice.....save yourself a lot of hassle and do not order from this online company.

Horrible company! Bought shoes which are incorrectly sized, an very cheap, seem like they are made out of hard plastic and the "orthopedic" sole is hard as a rock and vinyl! They refused to give me a return address, and refuse to take the shoes back due to size, although it says returns accepted within 30 days.
DO NOT ORDERFROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered 4 pairs of sandals in different colors to be delivered in Oklahoma and they were sent to Arizona. I cannot contact them to do anything about it. I am very frustrated and this kind of service is unacceptable!!
Never buy women's clothing from this site! I bought a dress and a blouse described as cotton and linen, but I received 100% polyester! I’ve been corresponding with them for a month now about returning the items and getting a refund. A very dishonest site!
Worst company i have ever dealt with. Dresses I ordered were supposed to be from nordstrom. Did not fit like pictured in ad. Tried to return, sent all requested info.( had to search for correct email. Will not send return information. Wants to give me a15% discount coupon or 10% of my cost and for me to throw the dresses away! I just want my money back. Has been going on till now, August 8th. Still no return address.
What went wrong is the pants I ordered DIDNOT fit. The material looks different and when I tried to return them I am getting all kinds of excuses. Can’t get a returned address to send them back, they are making all kinds of excuses for not accepting their product back. The address on label I have been warned is not the correct return address.i have never met a company like this in the 66+years i have been ordering. The dress did not look anything like the picture. The sizing was way, way off. The fabric was equivalent to a rag, extremely poor quality for dusting. Don’t waste your money. I threw mine away rather than returning, as selling it to someone else would be criminal!!
