Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. The company is not located in the US and returns are impossible. Item was not sized to US standards, which company denied. After asking for pictures so i could be given return info and address, I received email that stated: “If you still wish to proceed with the return, please note that we can only process the refund after receiving the returned package. The return shipping cost is approximately $20, and the return transit time may take about a month. To save you time and expense, we suggest keeping the item or donating it to someone in need. As a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a 15% discount coupon for your next purchase.” Discount? Next purchase? I don’t think so!
