Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that the items received were of extremely poor quality, made of cheap fabric, and looked entirely different from the online promotional pictures and descriptions. Many reviewers mentioned that the merchandise did not match the brand expectations, leading to significant disappointment upon delivery. However, some customers also noted that the sizing was completely incorrect, with items running either way too small or excessively large. People were additionally very frustrated because the business consistently refused to provide proper refunds or valid return addresses for the faulty goods.

Once I realized it was a scam company, I emailed customer service and canceled the order (5 min after placing the order). Naturally, they refused to cancel and refund. I ended up contacting my bank to reverse the charges. It’s a scam company 100%!!
This product did not look like the product I ordered but it could be a size issue. However, they will not respond to me about a refund or address for returning product!
I'll never order anything from this company again 😒..l was sent the wrong size, style and colors didn't receive what l ordered..l thought l was ordering from Nordstrom..then waited along time..this is false advertising 🤔..
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY! FALSE ADVERTISING- PRODUCT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE PICTURE YOU VIEW! Horrible quality, it's as if they matched the fabric and tried to sew a like product, definitely elementary and not what you viewed. NO, THEY WILL NOT DO REFUNDS, ACCEPT EXCHANGES- citing they are overseas. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! I emailed with them several times. Will forward my complaint to BBB, etc.
Product was advertised as being from Nordstrom (now I see them advertising as Talbots as well). It is a very long shipping time I am a size 6 and ordered accordingly a size small but all 3 items are way too large. Their customer service which might be an AI thing just keeps sending response that make no sense. They will not credit me for the items. Do NOT order from Vellinco. You will be sorry if you do. Ordered June 13th received a month later. Began disputed July 16th. This company also goes by this email pristime. Complete scam
This company is a scammer! Their sizing is completely off and they refuse to allow me to return the falsely advertised tops that I purchased! The tops they picture clearly look like embroidery; however the tops I received have a faint print on very thin material! They have no raised stitching as pictured! I ordered a small and the sleeves are a good two inches too long; the cuffs are way too wide and fall down over the hand; and the length is more like a tunic top! Small is the smallest they offer and it is as big as a large!! I contacted them for a return and a refund; but they refused!! Their fraudulent site needs to be taken down!!! They should not be allowed to rip people off like they do!!
I can’t find out how to return my orders of way too small order of linen men’s shirts although I ordered X-Large. How can you contact them?
As the other reviews have said, this is false advertising using the Nordstrom name on clearly inferior products. Cheap material, bad sizing, long wait for delivery. I would give it NO stars if that were an option
The ad has "Nordstrom" at the top, but this is not Nordstroms, the products are not Nordstrom quality... one look at the photoshopped items and I knew if I bought ANYTHING it would be cheap polyester printed-not-woven and difficult to return. Idk how they get away with this.
Beware--Deceptive and fraudulent. "Nordstrom" is prominently displayed across their ad. Ad says dress is cotton and linen. It is polyester. Will never do business with them again.
The dress I ordered is lovely, well made, fits me great, color perhaps slightly darker, but that was said when I purchased it. “color may vary slightly “ I was able to track my order. Takes time but worth the wait. Thinking about ordering more clothing items. Price is great.
I have been trying to return a recent purchase and it’s been crickets from customer service! So much for the 30 money back guarantee! This company is a bait and switch deal! They flash Nordstrom all over their ad! Don’t buy anything from them!
I was sent a dress that barely resembled the dress I thought I ordered. It was definitely a bait and switch type of strategy. The information given was a cotton and linen dress, but I got a cheap polyster dress. I would never wear this dress. Such a scam!! I wrote them immediately to tell them I would not keep this and expected a refund. They told me to send them 3 pieces of information which I sent immediately. I have not heard back.
It is not even close to what the picture looked like. It looks like scrubs. Totally a different fabric! Wish I could post a photo!
This company is a fraud! Don’t buy anything from them! I ordered almost $100 of clothes and they sent me hugely oversized tops and wouldn’t send me the proper items without my $20 to send back the mistaken order which is their fault not mine I don’t work in your shipping company! Rude and unprofessional behavior of customer service!
I ordered what was described as a white cotton and linen dress but what I received was a yellow knit dress with the trim printed on. A total rip off. Substandard quality.
Oops. I think i have been scammed out of about $100. I guess there is no recourse?
I would have to say this site should be shut down. Items are not nearly as nice as shown. The fabric is a picture of the print printed on very poor quality fabric.
Quality of clothing very sub par. I laughed when I opened it. Your ad makes you believe it’s a Nordstrom product. The quality isn’t even Dollar store quality. Feel taken advantage of and out 50.00
Do not order from this company. False advertising. Advertising under the name Nordstrum’s
