this company provide fake duplicat…

this company provide fake duplicat products, i purchased a men's jeans from this site but they provide me a ladies wear clothing instead of the jean and after when i try to reach their customer support, they did not support or replace ore return the item, i try to reach and complaint them on twitter, facebook, instagram but no support, honeslty i want to say that everyone must stop purchasing their service or products instead meesho is better and supportive than them,

Absolutely pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. I ordered PUMA motosport Neo cat shoes. The order date was 7th September. They said it will deliver by 12th September . It reached the HUB location in my suburb on 10th the App showed it would be delivered by 11th September. One day prior. It was a gift to be given so waited Anxiously. It didn't deliver on the 11th nor on 12th asked their customer support. They say we are pursing the delivery partner to complete the delivery. No action today is the 16th mailed their support team. All say we are following up closely . But product not delivered. Absolutely hopeless service. Don't buy products from these guys as they fail to ful fill their promise. ⭐ Very Disappointing Experience with Nykaa Man I ordered shoes from Nykaa Man, but my experience was extremely disappointing. My order was not dispatched even after waiting for two weeks. There was also no proper update or clear information from customer care regarding the status of my order or the expected delivery date and after wait of two weeks they cancled my order. Never buy anything from this plattform.

I have ordered a watch for my kids…

I have ordered a watch for my kids birthday because it was showing delivery before his birthday. I have ordered from Nykaaman though it was costlier then Myntra to get it on time but it hasn’t been delivered. I am continuously following up from so many days but still haven’t received the order. No ownership, pathetic services. Even can’t cancel the order. Never ever order from this site.

DO NOT BUY FROM NYKAA MAN

DO NOT BUY FROM NYKAA MAN. They do not deliver and also, you will not be able to Cancel and get a refund. Yes, that is the kind of experience I am facing for a simple order of Wrogn Track Pants through Nykaa Man. I placed the Order on July 7th, and havent received the product neither have I received any call or am unable to also Cancel the Order to get a refund. I have called their Customer Care dozens of times. Many a times the number does not exist and when they answer they always say the product is ready for Shipment but it never gets out. They say they have successfully canceled my Order but even after several days I dont see the Order being canceled and no refund. There is no communication at all. So, please beware and this is very shameful. Their customer care is helpless and they do not let you speak to a Supervisor or a Manager. Once I happened to speak to Mahi (Supervisor),the only repetetive statement I hear is, Sir, it'll get canceled (but dont know when). They are absolutely shameless...SOS!!! Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service, placed a replacement and without prior consent they themselves made it into return and nobody came to even pick the return, i had to keep calling customer care for it. And they told me to deny the return for a replacement and after all this they told me they have no product available for replacement. Just pathetic

I had a terrible experience with Nykaa Man and I feel extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service. The product shown on the website looked genuine and high quality, but what I actually received was completely different — a damaged and poor-quality item that did not match the description or images at all. It honestly felt like a scam. To make things worse, customer support was highly unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite raising complaints and sharing proof, there was no proper resolution or accountability from their side. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting authentic products and trustworthy service, but my experience was the exact opposite. I strongly advise people to be very careful before purchasing from Nykaa Man. Please check reviews carefully and avoid buying expensive items without proper verification. A company should value customer trust, product authenticity, and after-sales support, but unfortunately my experience raised serious concerns about all three.

I'd a very worst experience with Nyakaaman

I'd a very worst experience with Nykaaman. I created a return request for a Jeans due to size issue. They weren't picked up due to some logistics issue. I provided 3 alternate address with different pin code but not picked up. Then customer support executed asked to do the self courier, so 2 times warehouse team refused to receive and returned to me and in the last 3rd time again I did the self courier and finally it was delivered. Now its been 10 days that self courier is delivered to warehouse. Now the customer support executive saying that we didn't receive the confirmation from warehouse team, the warehouse team is denying to receive the parcel. I did the self courier through speed post by India Post. On the India Post portal the parcel is showing is delivered but Naykaaman team is saying no we didn't receive. and the fact is that all this process is goin on from last 2 and half month. based on this experience, literally and personally suggesting to everyone that don't buy a single thing from Nykaaman, the things are same available on other portals like Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart.

I ordered glasses from Nykaman around 29th November with a delivery date of 07th December and I have not received my glasses and I complained on 10th december and everyday I get a message from customer service to check with neighbours. Instead of resolving my issue customer service is sending junk message

Thier services are worse

Thier services are worse . Their customer service is far more worse. I ordered blazer worth 4k instead i got slippers. Clicked photo of the same along with delivery boy. Raised return request, which is on hold God knows why. Called customer services she asked me to wait for 72 more hours after that they will update. Its bullshit. Don’t want to deal with them again in my life

Nykaa Order No. - NYK-301444755-0656617 What's the update on my refund. This is my first order with nykaa. And worst experience with Nykaa. Without getting a call from Nykaa delivery person I am getting a message says that product attempt unsuccessful. How is that's possible. Something is wrong. Very bad experience. Regards
