DO NOT BUY FROM NYKAA MAN. They do not deliver and also, you will not be able to Cancel and get a refund. Yes, that is the kind of experience I am facing for a simple order of Wrogn Track Pants through Nykaa Man. I placed the Order on July 7th, and havent received the product neither have I received any call or am unable to also Cancel the Order to get a refund. I have called their Customer Care dozens of times. Many a times the number does not exist and when they answer they always say the product is ready for Shipment but it never gets out. They say they have successfully canceled my Order but even after several days I dont see the Order being canceled and no refund. There is no communication at all. So, please beware and this is very shameful. Their customer care is helpless and they do not let you speak to a Supervisor or a Manager. Once I happened to speak to Mahi (Supervisor),the only repetetive statement I hear is, Sir, it'll get canceled (but dont know when). They are absolutely shameless...SOS!!!
