Due to cancellation of of our flight home (twice!), we had to extend our arrangements by a day. Staff was very accommodating, and did not even charge me for the extra day!

Even though our plane did not land until 11:30pm and we had to retrieve our luggage, the Shuttle was waiting for us. The driver was very personable and very helpful when we could not remember where we parked. I did not realize that I had to scan our prepayment verification and paid twice. Again, even though it was after midnight, the counter staff was very helpful and deleted the second payment. Excellent service.

A++. i used points to pay for my parking. In the past, this usually required a couple of phone calls to straighten out an incorrect bill.Not this time. The bill was correct the first time. Everything else about the experience was top-notch too!

I always use OhPark. Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly, no matter what time you are dropping off your car or arriving at the airport. (I arrived at 7 on a Saturday morning, and was still greeted with a friendly smile and someone willing and able to pick up my heavy bag!)

As always, I appreciate the good service and look forward to suggesting that my clients park at OHPark. Upon my own return, we had to wait 25 minutes before the van was there to pick us up. There were 6 people waiting and I called twice; once being told that he was 5 minutes away. Turned out to be 25...
