Hi Marc, thank you for leaving us that feedback. While the OhmPlug cannot be controlled via Apple's HomeKit, it would just be the OhmPlug app that you would need to use to control the OhmPlug. Hi Michael, we appreciate the feedback. Our system shows that you're enrolled in another demand response program. As per OhmConnect's terms of service as well as the California Public Utilities Commission's guidelines, individuals cannot be enrolled in more than one demand response program at a time. As such, we were unable to help you redeem your promotional offer until after you've unenrolled from the other program. Our team has reached out to you a few times with more information and the steps to disenroll from the other program you're in. If that is something you're still interested in doing, please reach out to us or you can follow up on the email thread we have with you currently.
