Oh Scarf and my contact Victoria from the company have been excellent to work with on a new manufacturing project. Communication is quick and efficient and the finished products are gorgeous - quality fabric and beautiful design printing. Victoria took the stress out of sourcing a manufacturer from overseas and had been helpful every step of the process.
Great customers service with quick response and quick delivery plus high quality products.
Luke was great! I am so happy I found them! The quality of my scarfs are sensational
The sarongs fabric and printing were of excellent quality, and I was also impressed by the customer service provided.
One a positive note, the turnaround time was excellent throughout the entire process. The order even arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise
Despite a shipping delay that was not Ohscarf's fault, they did their best to help us resolve the issue. We had paid for next day shipping, but FedEx made a mistake with the delivery. It was a stressful delay, but Ohscarf worked with us to find a solution.
I really appreciate our customer success manager and their friendly and attentive approach. However, it seems like they are only available half of the time. I world like to hear from them more frequently, even if it's just to confirm our weekly orders.
I have never had the opportunity to design and order scarves before, so I was concerned that it would be challenging and stressful. However, Luke was very responsive and guided me through the entire process, from uploading our design to placing the order. I felt well taken care of throughout the process, and the merchandise looks fantastic!
The scarf was of super nice quality. The print was beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Ohscarf.
I highly recommend Ohscarf. They did an amazing job creating my personalized scarf. The color and design turned out beautifully. Thank you for the great work!
There were a few bandanas with stains, but they promptly refunded them. I hope they will improve their quality control for my future orders.
The quality of the product and the customer service were both amazing. The team was highly responsive and quickly addressed an issue with our design that could have affected the quality. They were helpful and fast in resolving the issue, and the shipment was also speedy. The scarves themselves were of great quality. Instead of simply printing and sending them out, they took the time to ensure the scarves looked good before delivering it to us. Their attention to detail and professionalism were excellent. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the experience and the final product, and we will definitely use their services again.
They mistakenly switched the address of my order with another person's order, luckily they notified the courier to switch it over quickly , I did miss the customer's deadline but the good thing is that they understood and accepted it.
Received my order yesterday. I love them. They are so beautiful, the fabric, the printing, everything. Thank you so much for all the work and communication with my order. My experience with you and your company has been very pleasant.. Thank you for caring about my order and the whole process. I plan to continue working with Ohscarf and can't wait to order more.
I had an amazing experience working with Ohscarf. During the entire order process, they were extremely communicative and transparent in explaining everything that was involved. Great solution seekers as well, they helped accommodate my needs while minimizing wastage, costs, and time.
