Exceptional quality AND customer service
The quality of the product and the customer service were both amazing. The team was highly responsive and quickly addressed an issue with our design that could have affected the quality. They were helpful and fast in resolving the issue, and the shipment was also speedy. The scarves themselves were of great quality. Instead of simply printing and sending them out, they took the time to ensure the scarves looked good before delivering it to us. Their attention to detail and professionalism were excellent. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the experience and the final product, and we will definitely use their services again.
