The ring came with the inscription spelled incorrectly. I have tried to contact and was told to send pictures. I have tried but I am not able to do that. Why can’t I just return it and get it fixed?
I bought two posters and no updates
I bought two posters, 1 for each child. I thought the discount displayed in the app for a second poster applied for this but then i realized its only for the second copy of the same poster. I think that could be displayed better but also an incentive for ordering a second poster (second child). Most annoyingly though, is that its been a week since ordering and i have heard nothing. Just money taken immediately and an email to do this review. No notice on print and mailing status or anything. I hope there good when they arrive. If they ever do. Right now i feel like i may have been scammed.

Junk Costume Jewelry
I found with excitement photos of some incredible looking jewelry from OKBANDS and was excited to order a piece to gift for an upcoming birthday. I mean either the photographer belongs in Hollywood or the editor does because the pics all looked so amazing! Unfortunately, the mistake I made was wrapping it in the box received without seeing it first, because I was completely embarrassed when she opened it and put it on (morseso from obligation than excitement). It looks like something you'd find at Claire's or a 4H fair that you'd spend a few bucks on so your 7 yr old would be excited- not a grown adult. Efforts to return for FULL refund are futile, with 'negotiation' email responses from them offering a percentage of the refund if I would just settle, but I don't tend to store trash so back it went to OKBANDS and STILL they did not give me a full refund!
