评价综述
AI 生成Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers consistently find the website very easy to navigate, frequently appreciating the extremely helpful customization preview tools and the straightforward ordering process for various items. Many shoppers genuinely enjoy personalizing their unique holiday gifts and discover that the online platform offers a great selection of present ideas. However, some customers also noted that several products appeared completely flat rather than three-dimensional as advertised in the online pictures. Additionally, a few people mentioned that postal shipments took a significantly long time to arrive from overseas and frequently lacked any clear tracking information.

Piece of garbage
First off, piece of cheap acrylic in 2d. Images show 3d. So disappointing to get this expensive pice of plastic. Next! One side had our names, other side said Jim and sharon. Who are they???? Anyway don’t be scammed by the image!!! Just a piece of cr@p

Shopify stated that it delivered my order. I did not receive my order. You should document deliveries by photo. I trusted your company when my order was to be delivered today and I made another purchase today. Please investigate.
Easy website to navigate.
A Total Rip-Off
This product is nothing like it shows on the advertisement. A complete rip-off. Do not purchase.
This are unique and well executed
These are unique and well executed. I think our grandkids will love them.
Advertising picturres and actual…
Advertising picturres and actual product are nothing comparable. advertising shows holding the box in a hanN d, actual is 3x3 flat picture. no way to apply for a refund
Beware! What you see on Facebook is not what you get!
The ornaments I ordered for vacations are advertised as someone holding a 3-dimensional ornament in their hand. What you get is a 2-dimensional ornament made out of acrylic. Very expensive for what you end up with. The company reimbursed me for a small amount of the cost. Next time, I'll use Etsy.
What I received was not what was advertised.
The ad on FB showed a real 3D airplane model, but what I received was a plastic sheet with a printed picture.
Difficult to make purchase
Difficult to make purchase. Couldn’t even find price easily

I had a hard time deciding if I wanted the male or female pose. Not your fault. I used the female pose for a male (we just won't tell him). Otherwise the process was very easy. I like that you could choose the different colors for everything, Great job.
Love the ornaments!
I loved the two ornaments I ordered and received. They were just what I expected.
The ease of access

The product is nothing like the video and photos on the sales site; it is just a laminated image. Very expensive. Extremely disappointed—I will never order from their site again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Like the look of the product
Like the look of the product hope it’s as good as it looks. I’ve ordered from other companies and have been disappointed because the product was not as good as it looked! So make e happy! Ordering was easy.
False advertising you do not get what they show you.
The advertisement show a beautiful mini 3-d plane. When looking over the whole product detail, I noticed it does give you a clue as to what eventually arrives. It is a piece of flat acrylic of the plane that you select with the personalization after paying for what I got and is less than comparable. Thinking I was gonna get a whole plane instead I get a flat piece of plastic. Very bad advertising. I have to give it to you, though you got me. I will never buy from your company again and neither should anybody else.

Okbrand changed my order to items I never requested
I set up my order for three different ornaments-Istanbul, Mount St Michel, and Philadelphia. I thought I had completed payment but accidentally didn’t push the final Apple Pay button. Within minutes I got an email from Okbands to complete payment. Unbeknownst to me they somehow changed my order to three identical ornaments of Paris!!! I immediately sent them an email explaining the mistake. Why in the world would they completely change my order to things I never ordered and don’t want?? I am hoping they are correcting this before they process it further but I haven’t gotten a response yet.
