The ornaments I ordered for vacations are advertised as someone holding a 3-dimensional ornament in their hand. What you get is a 2-dimensional ornament made out of acrylic. Very expensive for what you end up with. The company reimbursed me for a small amount of the cost. Next time, I'll use Etsy.

False advertising you do not get what they show you.
The advertisement show a beautiful mini 3-d plane. When looking over the whole product detail, I noticed it does give you a clue as to what eventually arrives. It is a piece of flat acrylic of the plane that you select with the personalization after paying for what I got and is less than comparable. Thinking I was gonna get a whole plane instead I get a flat piece of plastic. Very bad advertising. I have to give it to you, though you got me. I will never buy from your company again and neither should anybody else.

Okbrand changed my order to items I never requested
I set up my order for three different ornaments-Istanbul, Mount St Michel, and Philadelphia. I thought I had completed payment but accidentally didn’t push the final Apple Pay button. Within minutes I got an email from Okbands to complete payment. Unbeknownst to me they somehow changed my order to three identical ornaments of Paris!!! I immediately sent them an email explaining the mistake. Why in the world would they completely change my order to things I never ordered and don’t want?? I am hoping they are correcting this before they process it further but I haven’t gotten a response yet.
