This is a scam site. Ordered a dress in May, got given a fake tracking number no one answers your emails, now having to contact my bank for a refund. Don't waste your time or money

Ordered and paid for a watch through…

Ordered and paid for a watch through printest waited then a month later it said it had been delivered, not the case, tried to get in touch with there website kept being returned saying it didn’t exist. Still sitting in shopify awaiting response. Tried to find shop on printest and they have now changed there name to daisda. Fraud I would say. I don’t think I can get my money back as no one to get in touch with regarding this matter. But please do not order from either as it’s a con. I wish I had seen these reviews before going ahead.

Scam provided fake tracking number

Do not buy from Ombreprom. They are running a coordinated fake tracking loop.After ordering a dress, I was given an international HSD Express tracking number. On June 18th, the tracking switched to "delivered at doorstep, no signature required," but absolutely nothing arrived. When I checked the number on universal tracking portals like 17TRACK, the database showed the tracking number didn't even exist. It was completely fake, computer-generated data meant to stall me.The second I emailed customer service and accused them of scamming me, they instantly issued a full refund to my card. They didn't ask questions, request an investigation, or require a lost-package affidavit.They only refunded me instantly because they knew they never shipped the item and wanted to prevent me from formally reporting them to my bank. They use these fake tracking timelines hoping you won't notice until it is too late to dispute the charge. Stay far away from this website!

Dollar tree dress

I ordered a wedding dress from this site. I have to say they did email me to confirm size. The size is fine but the dress is so so heavy with odd material, it smells super bad it made my entire room stink and the mesh up top is supposed to be skin color but it’s a blush pink and you can see the thick sleeve seams that they folded multiple times with the mesh fabric it’s not sheer at all it looks like cheap veil material. I would not wear this to a wedding as it looks like a dollar store dress

Thank-you Ombreprom for creating such a beautiful dress for my daughter's graduation! We ordered the dress beginning of September 2023 and it arrived within four weeks. The day we ordered the dress, Ombreprom emailed to confirm our sizing choice and if any customization or adjustments would be needed. She's 5'6 and approx. 115 pounds. We ordered a size 2 and it fit perfectly. No alterations were needed, however, the highest heel that could be worn was a 1" heel, so hindsight, we could have extended the length by an inch or two. The dress was even more beautiful than on the website! This was such a stress-free experience and my daughter received so many compliments on her dress. I highly recommend this business!

Perfect fit!

If anyone has an issue with size then they need to learn to measure correctly. The dress I ordered was tailored to perfection. The best part of the experience was the follow up on sizing. Before the ordered was processed the sizing was checked and double checked! I would definitely order more!

I found this dress on pinterest

I found this dress on pinterest. I didn't know this website and was able to find the dress on Amazon, so I ordered it there. It never arrived from Amazon, so I came back to this site and ordered it here. It is definitely a legit site and they made the dress beautifully! It didn't even need alterations! I absolutely love my wedding dress and am so thankful I trusted this site and got exactly what I wanted.

Amazing Communication & Customization!

Amazing communication! I expressed my wishes that the dress cover a bit more, and they communicated with me back and forth with drawings until it was completely customized not only to my daughters exact measurements, but customized even further to my specific wishes that weren’t in the pattern!! Very easy to work with. They made sure they understood every detail correctly and then made and shipped the dress so quickly! Amazing experience!

10/10 will order again

Amazing communication, and great quality dress. Was worried about website being a scam because it’s so hard to find a genuine seeker these days; I was very impressed by the companies communications. Fast responses and very easy to understand. Quality of dress is great and beyond what I expected.
