Honestly I was REALLY worried that this would be another rip off site. It is really hard to find a quality like designer bag. I gave this a shot knowing that PayPal could/would refund me IF it was a fraud site.

Do not buy from this company. Their products are very POOR WORKMANSHIP and they do not honor their product if it’s faulty. I paid $250 for a very poorly made bag. After I submitted a complained they just ignored me. I learned my lesson.
Horrible experience. They didn’t even give me free return as they promised and customer satisfaction guarantee was not true. They sent me horrible products and I wanted to cancel them, but they didn’t let me.
WARNING! Customer service doesn’t exist with this company. They sent me a damaged product, that was only wrapped in a thin plastic shipping bag. There was no packaging material for protection. Of course, I wanted to return it. The materials used to make the bag are very low quality and cheap. They even included the original import receipts that were written in Chinese, when sending it to me. It probably only costs $10 to make. Absolutely not worth the $160 price that I paid, and that was the sale price after 20% off.
After emailing them, I found out that I was responsible for international shipping to send the product back to Singapore and possibly pay a customs tax. They tried to talk me out of returning it multiple times, and kept mentioning that they would give me 40% off the total price I paid. I thought this was a good solution, and agreed to it. Apparently, there was a miscommunication or language barrier. After several emails back and forth, they told me what they really meant to say is only $40 off.
It’s definitely not worth shopping with this company for a fake knockoff bag from China, that you can’t even return when it’s damaged. You can easily find a similar fake bag from a street vendor or at a swap meet for the same price that it would cost for the international shipping to send it back.
I would rate this company and their products 0/5 if that was an option. Two thumbs down 👎 👎.
Ok. Where do I start? I ordered the yellow and brown Speedy 40 bag. When I received it, it was shipped flat in an octagon shape and thrown in a poly mailer. I was expecting some sort of box! There are creases that I'm not sure will ever come out. I now stuffed the bag. It does have a funny smells and I'm not sure that the piping or handles are actually leather as stated. The rest is coated canvas. The zippers are iffy and the inside zipper came apart mid-zip. The bag has no structure and is just flimsy fabric inside. The so-called dust bag is basically an envelope made out of fabric so I would actually have to flatten the bag again in order to use it, so that's not happening, so basically useless.
I had to use a dust bag of my own. I ordered another bag before getting this one...unfortunately. But that will most likely be my last purchase. I will be saving for a used LV bag that is authentic.
They sent me a bag I didn't even look at or order. On my order [192364] you can see I ordered the Pochette Metis. They sent me a low key hobo PM bag. I have tried several times to get them to send me the bag I ordered. Now I wonder if the bag they sent me was even real. It's deplorable they do not have good customer service. The response I get back is that "your bag has been delivered". NOT MY BAG. They don't even respond to the question of why I was sent a bag not even in the order! I hope they reach out and correct the situation. I am not shipping this back at my cost like some of you had to do. I would gladly change my review if they corrected the situation.
I was a bit hesitant with my first purchase due to scams but the bag finally came and I was impressed with price vs quality. The support team was helpful when I enquired about the package being late. Overall so happy I fount them.

I’d rate like a 4-5 star. It is legit. I actually love how they operate. They send you a picture of your actual purchase before sending. Although, my 4 star is with that part….They sent me the picture before sending and I said, no, I don’t like the quality of that, and they still sent it. Now I’m in the process of getting them to send another. Sigh. But my first purchase with them was actually perfect. Very high end. Keep in mind these are from China. They are replicas. They aren’t 1:1 replicas either. They’re more upscale AAA quality. The interior is a nice material vs crunchy cheap of lower quality purses. Their prices with the coupon codes is about where it should be. Their customer service does respond within 24-48 hours as well, although getting them to send a replacement for my second order is proving difficult. Overall I still recommend.
