I had purchased several bags before they rebranded. Found a bag I really wanted, and they sent it with the wrong hardware. So, I asked to send it back so they could send what I wanted. Not only did they refuse, they refuse to take it back, and refuse to refund me. I paid over 400 and the best they can do is “give me 150” and claim that as a hardship. Please, please don’t do business with them!!!
Love their bags! I buy often. It takes about 3 weeks to receive but I’ve always gotten my purchase and have been pleased with everything.
Beautiful bag looks exactly like the pictures came within 8 days tracked all the journey, was sent a picture of the bag before it was sent to makesure it was right, was kept in touch by email really well. Would buy other items from here amazing prices too
Horrible! A complete rip off! Ordered two Goyard bags paid extra for “better quality” one bag delivered the other still is in route but the quality of these bags are awful. Advertised to come from Singapore BUT really coming from China. Cheap plastic pleather looking and very cheap looking! Obviously fake and distorted. Mia responds no returns on quality issues. Save yourself and do not buy from these Chinese merchants do better and purchase a bag on Temu!

Don’t waste your time or money. Just go to the little yellow app and get batter deal and quality bag. The refund on here is a joke. You have to pay to ship back so not only are you getting screwed once when you get the crappy bag. SAVE your money. The discount that was offered is not worth it. I ordered a bag on March 7. Here it is April 24 and have not received what I ordered!!!! I feel like I have been scammed. When I try to track the items it says I should receive my purchase on March 30… wow. I talked to someone last week that said it’s still being cleared at customs and I should receive it in a couple of days. I will never buy anything from this company ever again.

I ordered my bag two weeks ago and I still have not received it. UPS said it is at the hub but it still has not made it to my hours. What should have taken 4 days has now taken two weeks. I will never order from them again.
The experience that I’ve had with OMYBAG is very honest and trustworthy. The products are like they say they are and they provide very good customer service and they correct any wrong that is done even if it is not their fault such as shipping or something like that. I enjoy doing business.

Customer service is via email and since they are overseas they will reply overnight Eastern Time and they will resolve an issue, I received exactly what I ordered and the wife approved. I had an issue with my order. Expect what you pay for
I would give them a zero if I could. I purchased a LV black P9 for over $300. I received the email with the items that I would be sent. I was sent a folded up cheap purse that did not come even close to the pictures that were sent to me. There were creases in the purse. Maybe if they had sent the pillow that was included in the email picture it would not have creased, but then again it was cheap plastic anyway. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY THING THAT SAY OMYBAG. You will regret it!!!!
I ordered a "birkin" 25 black togo leather with a saphire blue inside. this is on the confirmation email from the company that it took me multiple attempts to get. I recieved the bag yesterday, 30 days after ordering. It was Navy Blue, clearly fake leather as well. I immediately emailed and today I got a response telling me that I was wrong and that I ordered blue. I responded...look down in the email thread and you can see my order confirmation saying my order is a black bag. I have not gotten a response. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge now.
I placed my order on February 14th and still have NOT received it yet. I contacted the company and they gave some excuses about how their warehouse is moving etc. How is that a customer's issue? I was told that they will finally ship my order out on 24th yet it still hasn't been shipped yet. I got yet another excuse! Extremely unreliable company. I was planning on ordering more but have since changed my mind. I think its a scam company and I just lost my money.
I would not order from this place. I bought my girl friend a purse and we were suppose to get it between 1-21 to 1-28. It is now 2-23 and no sign of what we paid for. I would think twice before ordering with them. We have not had an update in three weeks.
