wrong bag sent
I ordered a "birkin" 25 black togo leather with a saphire blue inside. this is on the confirmation email from the company that it took me multiple attempts to get. I recieved the bag yesterday, 30 days after ordering. It was Navy Blue, clearly fake leather as well. I immediately emailed and today I got a response telling me that I was wrong and that I ordered blue. I responded...look down in the email thread and you can see my order confirmation saying my order is a black bag. I have not gotten a response. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge now.
