I had purchased several bags before they rebranded. Found a bag I really wanted, and they sent it with the wrong hardware. So, I asked to send it back so they could send what I wanted. Not only did they refuse, they refuse to take it back, and refuse to refund me. I paid over 400 and the best they can do is “give me 150” and claim that as a hardship. Please, please don’t do business with them!!!
