DO NOT BUY FROM ONCLOUDWALK! Their customer service is the worse and they are a scam company. Read their return policy. If the shoes do not fit you, too bad on you as they do not accept returns. On top of it, their shoes are so poorly made. They market their shoes as orthopedic shoes which is completely deceitful. They are cheap and probably costs them about $3 to make. I don't understand how anyone gave them a good review. I purchased a pair of shoes from them which does not look like the picture. I could not fit my foot into the shoe which I ordered the same size I have used for over 40 years. I asked if they could return the shoes as they did not fit me and they told me they don't return shoes regardless if the shoes don't fit. How can a shoe company be in business that does not accept returns? I cannot emphasize enough this company is scamming customers into purchasing cheap orthopedic knockoffs.

I have bought 2 shoes from this store. It takes 2 weeks to get the orders, very long. But the product is very good. They are very soft and beautiful. Worth to wait!. 5* for the quality, but minus 1* for the shipping time.

Just as described. They’re a bit stiff, but very comparable to my Hey Dude shoes. Not as comfy. Insoles would help, but for the price, absolutely worth it.

I falled in love with their shoe at the first sight
I was so confused when choosing my favorite shoes in this shop, but btw I took two. It took about 2 week to deliver to my front door. I loved them at the first sight. Light, 1st class material and fit with all of my clothes. 5 stars but minus 0.5 for long time shipping.
Beautiful Gifts Ever...
I bought one pair for my granddaughter as a birthday gift. I delivered this package 2 weeks later, right before my granddaughter's birthday, thank God. I drove to my son's house in the next day to join the birthday party. My granddaughter cried a lot when I give her my gift because she was very happy. "It is the most beautiful shoes. I haven't ever anything greater than your gift. I love you so much, Granny", her said. I was very glad to hear that. Thank you, I will come back next year, hope that you can introduce more and more beautiful shoes.
Absolutely horrible shoes and company
Absolutely horrible shoes and company. Shoes came in plastic with a terrible chemical smell. They are poorly made;cheap plastic sole, hard. Uppers, far too high and does not hold foot, who knows what material is but clearly cheap and not stable. There is nothing orthopaedic about these shoes. In fact, I think they would be dangerous to walk in very high likelihood of rolling the ankle and falling off the shoe. Trying to work with this company for return is absolutely horrendous. They are non responsive. After 3 emails to them, they sent me another email giving me 2 days to send them a number of photos. And then no response back. I have now written them 5 or 6 times and they are not responding. This company seems to be a complete scam. I wish I'd read reviews before I ordered from them. They are in the top two worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life.

They refuse to refund when shoes I receive are child like in dimensions. Saying to me that I ordered that size so that should fit. What?!@# I wear anywhere from an 8.5 to a 10 depending on brand. And the quality it laughable. The photos of the shoes and the actual shoes are not remotely the same. Cheap Chinese crap. I have been suckered. Don't fall victim to this company.
No, not what was described
This product is named the similar to another shoe retailer in Switzerland. The shoes are cute but I can not wear them at all. These arrived without a box but wrapped in plastic. There is a terrible odor of chemicals. The shoes are made of some sort of low grade felt with no lining. There is NO ARCH SUPPORT of any kind. Definitely not orthopedic. The soles to not bend because, as stated, they are platform. They are short and wide. I took a pic but can not upload to review. I’m not eligible for refund because their policy requires a defect. I got what I ordered but the product was not as described

I would give 0 stars if I could. They won’t let you return the order fist off they offered 30% off next order which is not happening and it is NOT like walking on a cloud the soles are hard as can be NO cushion at all! Terribly made shoes! Save your money do not order.

I would give them a ZERO stars but that's not an option here. But they are a very shady company. I ordered my normal size that I have worn for years and the two pair of shoes I ordered were WAY small for that size. When I requested an exchange, they asked me to send pictures of the shoes, the mailing envelope, even my foot outlined on a piece of paper with a tape measure next to it to show the size of my foot. I did all of that and they still refused to exchange my shoes. It is not my fault that their shoes ran way smaller than the size I ordered!! They offered me a 30% discount off my next order, as if I would be so stupid to order from them ever again. I hate companies like this!!! I am so mad. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I second the reviewer who was frustrated with the complete lack of customer service. The return policy is brutal...they give you five days and only take them back if they are damaged or defective. Cancellations or order changes have to happen within 6-12 hours. It's a farce of service. They do a good job communicating shipping information and the shoes are decent quality, but if they don't fit you have no option to even exchange them. I should have read the return policy in detail. It's not their fault necessarily since they clearly state their policy, it's just a very greedy, cold-hearted policy. Who expects every shoe to fit exactly, sight unseen?

These are very poorly made shoes and are not worth half what they sell for. They have no support, just a flat sole and are very uncomfortable. The company will not allow returns or refunds and do not have a customer service number. They will not respond to my requests for a conversation about my issues and request JPG photos of defects. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!
