6+ weeks after placing the order the item hasn't arrived, emails to OneAlways support get bounced, and the seller's site no longer exists. Now I have to waste my time requesting a charge back from my credit card provider and raising a complaint with Shopify.
Cheating so it works, sending someone else's tracking number and not sending your item, the money is deducted and now the site has been shut down..
This site is a complete SCAM order placed around 6 weeks ago. No tracking provided, says ready to ship. Customer service does not exist the email address does not exist and the form submissions are ignored. They have the nerve to ask me to give a review for something that i paid for but never received. There is no way to cancel/return or speak to a human. Reporting this site to the police
I never received item. No email responses from seller. Had to get refund through PayPal !!
After 1 month the shipment has not even left their warehouse and is still allegedly under preparation. The tracking link has been showing the following ever since I placed the order: "Your order is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." I understand it may take longer to deliver on goods from China but surely kicking off the shipment within 1 month is not that much to ask.
Waste of time and money. They just take your money and no sign of item delivery, no communication and no response to emails

Amazing little thing! Came well protected came with uk plug adapter but fits tightly and is very secure. Works like a charm. Was so happy i ordered another one.

Good value, quick delivery
140 euro for calculator and it gives you wrong answers. It struggles to do basic multiplication.
