We are very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your frustration regarding your order and the delivery delays. We would like to clarify that your order was produced and shipped on time, and it was unfortunately delayed due to AUPOST’s handling, which is outside of our control. We always monitor shipments carefully, and in situations like this, we need to confirm whether a package is truly lost before processing a refund, to ensure the correct resolution for every customer. As soon as the delay was confirmed, we offered a replacement order and credit to make things right. Our ultimate goal at Onecklace is to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied, and we take every concern seriously. We have issued a FULL refund and you have been personally notified about it. We regret that your experience was not up to the standard we strive for and would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to resolve any remaining concerns. We value your business and hope you might reconsider your review, as we did provide a resolution and acted in good faith throughout the process. Thank you for your understanding, and we remain available should you wish to discuss this further.
