We are very sorry to hear that your experience was frustrating. While issues with personalized jewelry are rare, we understand how disappointing it is when an item does not meet expectations. Our team did attempt multiple resolutions, including repair assistance and ultimately a full refund, including return shipping costs. We regret that the process felt lengthy and stressful for you, as this was never our intention. As small family business handling custom made items, certain return and customs procedures can sometimes require more time than expected. We appreciate your feedback.
