I have ordered several figures from One Sixth Kit, and they were particularly accommodating with me when I had some special requests for an item ordered as a birthday present. They communicate well, treat people fairly, and are one of the best toy sellers you can find. Highly recommend.
Ordered the present toys robber figure on Good Friday and received it the following Thursday. That’s really impressive considering 2 public holidays in Australia past. Great service as always. Ordered from kit many times and will continue to do so.
Nothing but praise! Always served as expected from PO to delivery. Recieved help when needed & always been trustworthy in every step of the process through several orders. Just the highest recommendations! With Kit you will know what to expect as a customer, no random funny buissiness unilke specf..
Kit is a man to go to for a pre-order or a kitbash. Bought a couple of Tony Stark suits and Hot Toys through him. They usually arrive in less than a week.
I've bought from Onesixthkit many times over the years and I've always experienced good service. It's basically the only site i purchase 1/6 figures from nowadays.
One of the best sellers out there. Even though I am in Europe most of my orders are from Osk as they arrive fast (and with free shipping) via post. They have always shipped the items like 1-2 days after payment and the box is packaged safely and protected with those tough plastic corners. At the moment I write this review I have had 57 orders with them - and never had an issue. 100% recommend.
I have bought many figures parts and accessories through Kit. He is hands down the best seller I have ever dealt with. The selection is incredible and shipping is fast and products well packaged. The few times I’ve had any issues kit was able to get me taken care of by reaching out to the manufacturer on my behalf and getting me replacements in no time. As long as you are honest and above board with him he doesn’t hesitate to help in any way he can. Plus he usually has the best prices plus free shipping. I recommend Kit to anyone in the 1/6 community without hesitation.
I've been ordering from Onesixthkit since 2019 now and wont be stopping anytime soon. Kit has the best prices and offers free worldwide shipping so I never need to price check multiple sites when pre ordering as I know i will always go back and place my orders with him. I've had over 150 orders arrive from Kit over the last 5 years (plus 50+ pre orders still active) and I've NEVER had an issue that hasn't been resolved. Every order arrives between 6-10 days from China to the UK, no problems and straight to my door with Royal Mail. All packages are packaged with bubble wrap and corner protectors, inside a very rigid box. Cherry on top is that Kit includes a coupon scratch card inside every package, so always a chance you could get some money off a future order which is nice.. this is on top of the reward points that you get for every order. It's a great system and a great community to be a part of tbh. Nothing but praise for Kit, ignore the couple of bad reviews and join his FB group and you'll see the daily admiration he gets from his over 11k members, that alone says it all! Can't recommend Onesixthkit enough, just order and trust me, you won't regret it. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Been purchasing from kit for years. Always friendly, he can’t help enough. All goods are packed and shipped quickly. Good prices and trustworthy. I will continue to use kit for years to come. Ignore the scammer reviews, i feel sorry for shops having to put up with these so called customers.
I have been using this service for over 7 years and it only gets better and better. I have had a couple of issues over the years and through prompt communication, the owner has resolved. I recommend him to friends I trust time and time again. I recently had 2 figures shipped and they came faster than they usually do. I usually expect them in about 10-14 days. These came within 8 days. Can't thank him enough on his excellent service.
I’ve been buying one sixth scale figures without my wife’s knowledge from Kit for at least 10 years. Maybe 100. Prices are competitive, communication is clear, and items are shipped so fast, I think Kit might actually be Santa Claus. Kit goes above and beyond to recommend good quality products, avoid unsavory companies, and he even donated both his kidneys to save my life. Highly professional and recommended business.
Everything I have bought from here has been perfect and the service has been excellent. I still have many figures on pre-order and have no concerns that the excellent service will continue. The communication with emails is almost instantaneous and always polite and informative. Oh and items are superbly packed to the UK and takes no more than 7 days. Simply the best!
I've been a dedicated customer of Onesixthkit since last year, having discovered Kit while on the hunt for the InArt 1/6 Joker. That initial transaction marked the beginning of a fruitful relationship that led me to acquire about 15 figures within a year, with over 10 more currently on pre-order. What stands out most is how each figure arrives even before the promised timeframe, showcasing Onesixthkit's commitment to fast and reliable service. Moreover, Kit's assistance in securing a sought-after aftermarket figurine, the 1/6 VTS The Ghost of the Battlefield (Jin Sakai), at an exceptionally reasonable price was particularly impressive. It's clear that Onesixthkit not only offers a vast array of figurines and collectibles but also ensures a hassle-free shopping experience. I highly recommend Onesixthkit to anyone looking to purchase top-quality collectibles. Whether you're a seasoned collector or just starting, Kit's shop is the perfect destination for high-quality figures and exceptional customer service.
Never had a problem you get what you pay for and it's always well packed. He can get a parcel from China to the UK in 8 stress free days. Highly recommend
Simply the best out there. I have ordered several figures through Kit. Not once has there ever been an issue. I have tried some other online dealers over the years, after being burned (Toy Origin I’m looking at you) I went back to Kit. I won’t shop anywhere else!
Great seller, one of the best in the 1/6 scale collecting business. Always helpful and has had no issue helping me with problems. Fair NRD policy and quick to respond to queries. My go to place for 1/6 scale figures.
Best in the game, very professional.
If you are looking for a reliable and effective place to order your 1/6 collectibles, look no further, Onesixthkit is the store you are looking for. I have ordered several items from Onesixthkit over the years and have had only good experiences. Over the course of the last 12 months or so, my order pace increased steadily and service quality never disappointed. Whether it was on the communication front, where my inquiries were promptly answered or the shipping department, where my items were handled quickly and packed very carefully, i couldn't have been more satisfied.
I’ve been a customer at Onesixthkit.com since atleast 10+ years ago, and not even once during these years have I ever experienced a lack of customer service. Onesixthkit is in my opinion THE best online store to buy from. The customer service is simply THE BEST there is! Period! Any issue you might have with a order and Onesixthkit will go to great extent to solve what ever problem there is to keep their customers 100% satisfied. Shipment packaging is beyond ANYTHING any other company will provide! Corner protectors, bubblewrap, sturdy boxes… You name it, Onesixthkit does it! Your shipment will always be safely packed to avoid any damages during transit. In fact! Sometimes I even wonder if the packaging could survive an explosion. Its THAT good! I highly recommend using Onesixthkit for all your 1/6th scale needs and more!
I have been using Onesixthkit for the last 6 years since 2019, never of bad experiences. Before 2019, I use Kit's eBay store since I didn't know he's got a website. In fact, Kit often goes above and beyond and always ship very fast and package everything securely. Kit's price is always competitive and fair. There is one time that I got a defect headsculpt and contacted Kit. Due to the headsculpt is discontinued, Kit go ahead and send me one from his own inventory and take the loss. I highly recommend onesixthkit to anyone who's into collecting 1/6 figures.
