He’s a racist loser, when asked about a tentative date for a pre-order as a normal inquiry not even hostile, he got triggered and started using slurs and being racist toward my ethnicity, he’s extremely rude for the smallest of reasons. I’d rather pay scalper prices than give my business to this worthless piece of shit. I hope he goes bankrupt.
I've been using Kit for years now and he's always been a fantastic person to buy from. Whenever I've had an issue with a figure he's helped me to get it sorted without any fuss. He unfortunately deals with a lot of scammers, scalpers and man children which results in them leaving bad reviews, but if you want great prices, fast delivery and good service then he's the store to go to. He also helped my wife source a figure which was no longer available and didn't charge anything extra. I've had nothing but good experiences from him personally.

Stay away from OneSixthKit. They are incredibly rude, short tempered and unprofessional. God forbid you ask them a reasonable question regarding a pre-order, they treat you like if you spit in their face. Go to a more reliable company like Specfictionshop.com. At least there, they provide great customer service. Don't waste your time or your money on this loser of a company. They seriously should be shut down permanently.

I had a very disappointing experience with OneSixthKit’s customer service. After the cancellation of the Green Golem project, I chose a refund instead of store credit because I was told that nothing related to the Green Golem would be re-released. Later, when the new MODARC project related to the cancelled Green Golem appeared, I simply asked whether a discount was possible if I ordered it. I did not demand anything — it was just a normal question. The response was extremely hostile. I was told that asking for another discount was “f**king disgusting” and that I should “order it elsewhere.” I was also told that my MODARC order would not be accepted. I completely understand that a seller can refuse a discount, but there is no reason to speak to a customer in such a disrespectful way. I will not be ordering from OneSixthKit again. Very disappointing customer service.

Where do I begin? I pre-ordered a Superman statue over a year ago and quickly discovered that getting an update from this seller is apparently a more difficult task than locating the actual Fortress of Solitude. Communication was abysmal from start to finish. Every request for information seemed to be treated as though I was asking for state secrets rather than simply enquiring about an item I’d already paid for. Updates were non-existent, and when a reply did arrive, it often came with all the warmth and charm of a parking ticket. After spending months trying to get a straight answer, I opened a PayPal dispute in the hope that it might finally prompt some sort of communication. The dispute was unsuccessful, so the seller kept the money. A year on, I committed the unforgivable crime of politely asking when the statue might actually be available. The response? “You opened a dispute, it’s been cancelled.” Magnificent customer service. No prior notification. No explanation. No attempt to contact me. Just a blunt message informing me that after waiting over a year, the order had apparently been cancelled behind the scenes because I had the audacity to question where my money had gone. It’s genuinely impressive. Most businesses manage to be either poor at communication or poor at customer service. This seller has somehow managed to excel at both. If you’re after regular updates, professionalism, or even the bare minimum level of respect you’d expect after handing someone your money, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. If, however, you enjoy being ignored for months on end, treated like a nuisance for asking basic questions, and then discovering your order has been quietly binned because you dared to seek help, then you’re in for an absolute treat. The statue may be a collector’s item, but unfortunately so is a useful response.
I have answered all his questions, even when he had issue with his account, all emails in record. When he first time ask for updates, we entirely told him we cannot provide updates, and I believe Inart has all kind of social media platforms providing updates, that’s why he emailed us today. Place a dispute to draw attention?? What kind of bullshit it is? He failed to dispute the non refundable deposit and then he said I am scammy person. Who’s the scammy person? If his dispute approved by PayPal, shall we have today’s conversation? The scammy person would just run away leaving us another overstock for nothing

Here you can only pre-order by paying a non-refundable amount. Extremely unprofessional and none of the other figure websites I order from operate this way. Stay away.

Ordered from kit for a while now, a few years ive been ordering and have a lot pre ordered via him, not had any problems or issues, always arrives in around 1 week to the uk. Points system is great for a little discount once you build some points up. Will be continuing to use kit for all my future purchases.
My go to for pre-orders these days. Arrive in stock quickly compared to a lot of their competitors. Packages always very well packed and shipping is very quick.

I preordered one 1/6 figure about a year ago trusting this website. As soon as the figure was officially released by the manufacterer, I got the invoice from Kit. The figure was shipped immediately after the payment. Purchased another figure right after that. Both were delivered very fast and in perfect condition. I was able to track both packages the whole time. Superb experience. Will definitely order here again!
Bought a Arthur Morgan Figure about 2 years ago and they raised the price AFTER i already ordered it and they insisted that it was never $39 and it was always $295. They also canceled the order without my say so since, quote: “Its cristal clear that you are not going to take your order” and didnt give me a refund. CashApp got me my money back thankfully, but I wouldnt trust this website with a dollar. The rude customer service reply below proves me right XD
The listing has always on site clearly listing the non refundable deposit and balance payment in red bold letters. So someone pretending he didn't know that even the listing is still live and request us refunding the NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT after we have the figure on hand
Took my deposit for x2 Jaxon capes. Never responded to emails. Was never able to purchase items. Out $ with my deposit. Non trust worthy. Buy directly from Jaxon instead
We received his email on 8th December, he reply to our email sent to him on 18th March telling him the cape is ready for the final payment, we cancelled his order after a month waiting. 9 months later he said he don't have the invoice and posting everywhere saying we do not reply to his email, while we sent him numerous of emails, waited for 3 weeks before we cancel his order. I love the way people never reply to our email/payment requests, they just come back to play victim months after we cancel their order
Best prices, no extra fees, relatively fast delivery. If you're in EU and want to avoid local and HK scalpers, it's the only place to go.
Another faultless delivery this month from OSK. Kit is now one of my main sources of 1/6th and 1/12th figures, and I have a number of pre-orders I am looking forward too ✅ So no issues from my end. But then I realise there are always delays outside the retailers control that they are not able to influence, and that the customer is NOT always right 🤪 - So I don’t jump in demanding my NON REFUNDABLE deposit back for delayed figures ❌ - I don’t THREATEN them with social media suicide or financial loss ❌ - I don’t call them thieves and scammers when they hold to the T&Cs I agreed too ❌ - I don’t try and scam them, I am just not that person ❌ - I am not a self-entitled keyboard warrior who is used to arguing with no leg to stand on ❌ But OSK do honour orders, and fully refund if the figure is cancelled. They do respond to civil comms, and also offer after sales service. But they are not miracle workers, so cannot solve all issues ✅ >> Read through the reviews. Note the common traits. Then Buy or don’t Buy. OSK do report they have a heavy work load, so they arnt doing too badly without the 1 star reviewers orders 👍 Last comment…. For many they would be better buying from local Retail where they can pick stock from the shelf. There they may be able to assert their personality more easily and get their way. But then many figures never make it into local retail or the price is inflated. You have to make concessions when pre-ordering from a distant seller where laws and culture differ ❤️
