OnFlooring

Hi Carrie, Thank you for your feedback. We noticed you ordered 6 quarter rounds in COREtec Monterey Oak (VV017-01004) on 8/17/2025 and you purchase 11 more of the same item on 9/5/2025 - so it appears you were satisfied with the product? We want to clarify that we sell these flooring trims and transitions - but we don't sell the flooring planks themselves. If the quarter rounds don't match your actual flooring, it's possible you may have a different flooring product than what was referenced in your order. We're here to help you find the correct matching trims! Please contact us with your flooring details (brand, product name, and color code if available), and we'll make sure you get the right color match. If you do have COREtec Monterey Oak flooring and need additional trim pieces in this color, you can find them here: https://onflooring.com/products/transition-strips?Search=VV017-01004 . We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're completely satisfied.

Hi Dustin, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with the ribbing system. This attachment method has worked reliably over many years, so we'd love to help you get the best results from your purchase. The installation does require precise alignment to work properly, and we find that a quick walkthrough can make all the difference. We'd be happy to guide you through the process over the phone or email - sometimes a small adjustment in technique resolves the issue completely. You might also find this helpful installation video from the manufacturer (Versatrim) useful: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EeUla1G9ygk]. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly so we can ensure you get the performance you're looking for from your slim cap and slim trim. We're here to help make this right for you. Best regards Marc

Hi Steve, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you weren’t fully satisfied with your order. As we discussed over email, the flooring does have moderate to high plank-to-plank variation, which was confirmed by the factory. We offered you the option of a full refund upon return, or a 40% partial refund if you preferred to keep the product. You kindly chose the partial refund and decided to keep the transitions. We always want our customers to feel supported, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to resolve this directly. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything further we can do to help.

Dear Greg, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. To clarify, this molding is manufactured by Versatrim, the leading molding manufacturer in the USA, and is not wrapped in a vinyl sticker. Instead, it features a decorative paper laminate applied to moisture-resistant MDF, ensuring durability and a high-quality finish. Additionally, the product description on our page accurately reflects these details. If you received an item with any defects, we’d be happy to assist you—please reach out to our customer support team so we can make this right. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve your experience. -Marc
