I had a great experience with OnFlooring. Their website was easy to navigate, making it simple to find the exact flooring that matched my existing floor. The ordering process was straightforward, and my order arrived on time and in excellent condition. If you're looking for matching flooring or transition pieces, I highly recommend OnFlooring for their easy shopping experience and prompt delivery.
It was easy to find the product I needed and tell enough about it to know it was the right one. Delivery was as promised.
Very good product and very good customer service
I had no luck trying to buy from the manufacturer of Versatrim VT-Dowels to fasten my broken floor transition. OnFlooring came to the rescue and my transition is secured back to the floor and looks great!
Ordered slimtrim and it matched my Coretec floors perfectly!!! The product was also much more affordable than what I could order locally!
I placed an order of 18 boxes of laminate planks. The ordering process was easy, and my shipment expectations were managed well. Three of the boxes on the delivered pallet were damaged. I contacted customer service, and they responded within hours, requesting details and photos. After I provided the details, they promptly shipped replacements for those three boxes, which arrived in time for me to keep my appointment with the installer. I have two more rooms to complete and look forward to placing my next order.
OnFlooring is great. I can find the materials I need and the prices are very reasonable even with shipping included I can get the products I need cheaper than local.
