Order never received
Order never received — no response from seller I placed an order with Onmeclothing on July 9, 2026 (Order PUI29671) and paid $51.19 USD. More than a month later, I still have not received my order. I tried to track the shipment, but the tracking page does not provide working information and returns an error. I have also contacted the seller asking for the actual shipping carrier, a valid tracking number and information about the location of my parcel, but I have received no response. Another concerning detail is that the names associated with my purchase do not match. My order confirmation identifies the store as onmeclothing, while the transaction on my credit card statement appears as PSG*QUAFFNICHE. The store/contact information I can currently access also appears to have changed. As of August 19, 2026, I have: * not received the merchandise; * not received a valid carrier tracking number; * not received proof of delivery; * not received a satisfactory response from the seller. I have formally requested either verifiable shipping information or a full refund. I am sharing my personal experience so that other customers can take it into consideration before purchasing from this website. If the seller resolves the issue or my order arrives, I will update this review accordingly.
