Orders stuck for over a month – no support, no processing
Order number: I2603041877073111 I am extremely disappointed with OOPBUY’s service. I placed an order on February 11, 2026, which is already in their warehouse. However, it is completely stuck because another order I placed on March 4, 2026 (arrived on March 13) has still not been processed or photographed. Because of this, I cannot proceed with shipping to Spain, and my entire order has been blocked for over a month due to their internal delays. I have contacted customer service multiple times via email and chat, and I have received no response at all. Their chat system appears to be automated, making it impossible to reach a real agent. This situation is unacceptable. I have paid for the service, yet they are failing to process the items and are preventing shipment without any explanation or support. If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank. I would strongly advise others to avoid this platform.

The site itself is very good—straightforward to use if you have well-organised spreadsheets, and the product information clearly explains each step, which is helpful. However, I’m not a fan of the shipping setup. You have to purchase the item first, wait for it to arrive at Oopbuy, and then review it through photos before you can even pay for shipping. It also didn’t allow me to combine all my items into a single package, so I ended up paying for separate shipping three times for three items. In my opinion, that’s inefficient and leads to unnecessary packaging
