TOTAL SCAM
TOTAL SCAM! Spent $1,000 for $100 worth of items and only got HALF! Avoid Oopbuy at all costs! I spent $1,000 on this platform, and it is a total financial trap. The items I received are worth less than $100, and because of their broken system, I only received HALF of my order! The other half is held hostage in their warehouse. They intentionally delayed my account verification for 2 months until the seller return window expired, and now they refuse to refund my 300$items costs or ship them unless I pay an extra $450 in fake shipping fees. When I asked for help on Discord, their staff deleted my messages to hide their scams. This is absolute merchant fraud. They steal your packing fees, freeze your wallet, and lock your clothes. Stay away!

Very disappointed with my experience
Very disappointed with my experience. The customer service was poor, communication was lacking, and I ended up losing $75, Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was left frustrated and out of pocket. I would strongly recommend ordering from another company that values its customers and stands behind its products and service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I ordered many things for daily use, within 3 days I received the qc photos of every item, amazing quality. Let everything get vacuümcealed and packed nicely, packing the package is very cheap. The shipping cost was pretty good because I got a 25% off shipping coupon because I was a new user. The package arrived at the DHL Pickup 5 days earlier then expected. No problems at borders or lost packages. Very happy with my new clothes, AirPods and watch!

Systematic shipping fraud and holding items hostage for 2 months! Avoid Oopbuy at all costs! They have held my items hostage for nearly 2 months through continuous billing manipulation. I have spent over $900 on this platform, and it is a total financial trap. Their support forced me to cancel and split my packages multiple times. I have paid for vacuum services 5 separate times, and they stole my money without refunds. Now, I just paid over $100 for a small 7kg package (Parcel Y2610091588445898), and their system is holding it hostage AGAIN, demanding an extra fee for empty space! Their shipping calculator has hidden "minimum weight traps" that force you to pay double for fake weight. When I tried to ask for help on their Discord, their staff immediately deleted my messages to hide their scams.
