Beware of hidden shipping fees and poor refund policies!
Do not use Oopbuy unless you want to be trapped by hidden costs. They let you buy and pay for your items first, and only after they are in the warehouse do they spring massive, unreasonable international shipping fees on you (they wanted $50 USD to ship a tiny batch of lightweight clothes). When I refused to pay the undisclosed shipping fee and requested a cancellation, they refused to refund my money back to my original payment method, forcing it into their platform wallet while trying to deduct arbitrary handling fees. Terrible customer experience—had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back
Oopbuy
Absolutely fantastic experience with Oopbuy! The customer service is genuinely wonderful , so helpful, responsive, and always there to answer every question with patience and care. The products arrived exactly within the estimated time, and I couldn’t be happier with them ,100% perfect in every way, exactly as described and such great quality too. I’ll definitely be ordering again and couldn’t recommend them enough!

oopbuy review
One of the best agents! Awensome staff and support team, quick shipping, recommended!
outrages extra costs
we ordered a hoody and trousers. They look good on the pictuers. We have not received them yet so we need to wait to tell something about the quality. however, the extra costs are outrages.... the keep adding and adding extra cost...and not clear where we have to pay for.... several amounts from 2 US$ till 37US$... We paid now more for extra additional costs than the suit itself!
