I bought 15 items from oopbuy and all came just as expected once I shipped the package was at my door in under 2 weeks which I great for overseas sellers, I would recommend Oopbuy to anyone who wants to buy from china but does not want the rates of some of the other sellers

Missing Package

I placed an order 8/2/26; the quality assessment photos for one of the packages (purse) showed the purse in a dust bag and did not allow inspection of the actual item. I reached out to customer service to ask for additional photos and the response was delayed (ultimately told that items passed inspection and additional photos not necessary). Since there is a time limit that items can be held in the warehouse I went on faith and decided to have the items shipped. Since this is an international transaction I was not given an estimate on when to expect delivery. On 8/25 I checked tracking (usps) and the item was marked as delivered 8/24. I did not receive the package and reached out to both the post office and oopbuy customer service. Ultimately oopbuy placed my street number after my apt number (which usps admitted they could have still delivered however they did not due to mistakes on their behalf) I did not receive the package as it was sent back to sender less than 24hrs later (another usps mistake). Oopbuy then insisted that the problem was mine and said I put the street number where the door number should go (very confusing how they ask for address to be entered on website). They offered no solution other than attempting to have usps resend a package that was states away on its way back to the sender. They lied and said they don’t have a domestic warehouse in the states (which they do; confirmed by usps and where my package was ultimately returned to). They did not offer a refund or to resend the product. I had other products delivered to the same address from oopbuy previously without issue. Proceed with caution with oopbuy if any mishap occurs they will not offer a solution and instead will apologize and expect you to eat the cost. Most shipping to the us is $100+ so I think it is well within a buyers right to expect that they ensure all shipping information is clear/correct prior to shipping. Will ultimately have to dispute charges with PayPal. Will not be ordering from them again.

Package arrived very fast

Package arrived very fast. Support team text back very fast too because i was facing money back problems before because my transportation fee got little discount so i needed to send back my money. Basically 10 out of 10. Maybe shipping is little bit pricey but I think they will solve this out eventually.
