Thanks for the callout on our OEM-level performance. We engineer and test our optics strictly to match original brand specs so you get identical reliability without the markup. Glad it worked out perfectly for your setup—let us know if you need anything else.

Thanks for the feedback! We designed our ordering and fulfillment process specifically to keep network deployment frictionless, so it’s great to see that paying off for your team. Reach out anytime you need to gear up for the next project.

Hi Ismail, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this and for your patience throughout the entire process! We’re glad we were able to get your order out quickly on our end, but we’re really sorry about the experience with SpeedX. The refund was the least we could do and we’ll be taking a much closer look at our carrier partners to make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers down the line. Thank you so much for understanding and we hope to have the opportunity to make it up to you. Looking forward to seeing you again soon! Optcore Support Team

Hi TT, We apologize for your experience. The SFP+ RJ45 module has a higher power consumption than the fiber SFP+, which means it may get hot over time. We also offer a worry-free return policy for the defects. We are happy to provide any assistance you may need.
