Quickly shipped, proactive refund after delivery failure
Optcore shipped my order quickly. The local carrier, SpeedX, could not deliver my package in a timely fashion. SpeedX didn't contact me about the delays or address hints either. Actually, they don't have any phone or contact information; they offer only a chat bot. I contacted Optcore about the delay and asked them to nudge SpeedX. After two weeks of delayed delivery, Optcore proactively initiated the refund. I wouldn't hesitate buying from them next time.
