Any difference in the amount received is typically due to bank or payment processor fees or currency adjustments—factors outside of our control. We are always happy to provide all documentation available to assist with your bank’s review.

Thank you for the feedback. We came to the room a few times to fix the bed, but you never let us in. Other issues like the AC, washer and dryer were never raised by you. We'd gladly fix them if we were aware.
