We do want to address your concern about the maintenance visits directly. What you described is not acceptable, and we're sorry you were made to feel unsafe in your own space. Every resident deserves proper notice before any entry, and we regret this wasn't handled with the seriousness it deserved at the time. We are reviewing our internal procedures as a result. On the lease extension - we understand how stressful NYC housing can be, and we're sorry the timing didn't work out.
