I love my shirts that I ordered! They are so original and unique and exceptional quality!!! I had the most incredible care and service from them! I had a small issue with my order and they immediately took care of it! I was beyond grateful! I will definitely order from them again!!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!!!
I ordered a tee shirt from this company for the first time and I'm so happy! It is sized perfectly and the shirt material is really nice. The shipping time was pretty fast and the tee shirt is adorable!!! I will order from this company again.
This was the first time ordering from this company and although one of the shirts was labeled as my size, it did not fit. Customer service made it right and was offered another one. Color's were bright and overall a very comfortable shirt. I will order again if there is another sale.
This was the first time ordering from this company and I was pleasantly surprised as to the quality and workmanship of the t-shirts. Color is vibrant and sizing was perfect. As I am short the tees where long on me but will be adjusted as I have to do on occassion.

I ordered a T-shirt, but the courier falsely claimed that I wasn't home to receive the delivery. I was at home all week. They also claimed they made a second delivery attempt, which never happened!" I then received a notification saying the parcel had been returned to the sender. I have been contacting OwenSteeGarage for the past 3–4 months, but I keep receiving the same generic response: that they are waiting for the returned parcel to arrive. After all this time, there has been no resolution. The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Months of delays, repeated copy-and-paste responses, and no meaningful action have left me feeling completely let down. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!
Price changed from GBP to USD at checkout and I was charged more for my order. It showed the total as £26.25 (£21 for the tee + £5.25 postage). At checkout it switched to $34.95, which PayPal billed as £27.55. Wish I had read the reviews first.
My shipment came from China and poor quality replica of what was advertised. I asked for a refund and was told to pay for shipping back to China. Scam company.
Lies, fraud, deception. That is my experience. This is not Comfort Colors its actually fake Comfort clColors. It is the worst fake of all time. Its not even trying to be Comfort Colors other than the label itself. You cant get a refund. Do not do business with these people.
Website claims to be a small family run business out of the USA. Ordered items, payment and shipping out of China!! False advertisement at it's best! Website looks legitimate, but is incredibly deceiving. Didn't get an update regarding order status or shipment until I reached out, over a week after order was placed. Says they shipped, but no tracking information is available. We'll see if I actually receive the shirts, and if they are Comfort Colors as advertised.

Company purports to be a small, family-owned operation in California. They put a lot of effort into making their website look legit. My card was charged out of China, and my bank immediately froze my account for fraud! Should have done more thorough research, but they really went out of their way to look like a real company. Update: My order arrived on 6/9/26. Initial shipping and tracking information was through a Chinese company before it was transferred to USPS. Interestingly, tracking shows that it transferred in New York, but the return address on the shipping label has a California address. The shirts are fake Comfort Colors: not 100% cotton with forged labels. The printing is cheap heat transfer.
Ordered a tshirt - comfort color USA. Comfort color is all I will wear. This t shirt is definitely not a comfort color. I will pursue them with all my might. False advertising and shipping was from China per tracking. BBB complaint and Attorney General complaint forthcoming.
I was dubious after seeing reviews but can't really fault my order.
I never received my order. After contacting customer service, the only response I got was that I should contact the shipping company myself. When I replied that I paid the shipping fee directly to them and expected their help with resolving the issue, I never received any further response. I also never received the product. Considering how expensive the T-shirt was, it’s unacceptable to pay that much and receive nothing in return.
Firstly, shady drop-shipping from China, not a garage-company as the name and text states. Got a t-shirt in a completely different shade from what I've ordered and they blame it on color differences, which is not, it is a completely different color from their pictures. Customer service is way beyond unhelpful. Reported issue with my card provider and suddenly they offered a return which will cost more than the t-shirt itself. Shady business it is!
I bought a couple of shirts and the order took a little while to receive, but once it did the quality of the print and fit of the shirts are a 10/10. The team was communicative regarding the order and timing expected to receive it. Solid customer service!
Website states that it operates from the US as a small family-owned business: "everything is done right here in our garage" (statement on their website). But when I ordered the package originated from China? So they just scam you with their emotional story about doing it all at home.
DO NOT BUY! They are scammers and liars and will not return my T-shirt or give me a new one or give me my money back. I ordered a Lord of the rings T-shirt and the colours on the printed front are significantly different so dark that you can’t even make the image out Gandolf’s face and beard are black and they tell me that the picture matches exactly. They are scammers and liars and they don’t care about their customers or their product. Don’t do business with these people save your Money.
