I ordered a $59.99 dollar men's jacket. Shipping took over 3 weeks. When it arrived it did not match the picture. The jacket was beige with pink toned cuffs and collar. The jacket fell all the way below the hips. When I attempted to return it, I had to take pictures and send them in which was fine. The company said that I ordered the size and there was nothing that they could do except return 20% of the cost of the jacket. The jacket had NO size tag on it.
I ordered cotton-linen blend shorts, but I got 100% polyester ones. I never got an email confirmation or any communication (I actually started wondering if I never ended up ordering them!). There is no clear way to return them, and the QR codes on the packaging (there is no receipt or anything) do not work. This company is a joke and I would never order from them under any circumstances.
First, I didn't get exactly what I ordered. I have been unsuccessful in contacting the company to return the item. What was sent to me was a look alike, but not the quality or the exact item I ordered. I was sent a cheap men's sweatshirt with collar, not the cotton sweatshirt with collar pictured. I did not know I was ordering from China. I cannot find out how to return the item I received.
I was not aware until I got the shipping info that the goods are from China. Received the item, and certainly does not have a perceived value of $49.99 My biggest peeve when I want to issue my complaint. The thank-you card included with the shipment had a website for support, but my emails were returned with a failure notice 3 times. As well, the packaging was to be desired, as the sweater was folded into a small bag and of course, came in completely wrinkled.
They don’t deserve even one star. Horrible company. Do not order from them. Quality of clothing is very poor and the return policy is worse. They claim to refund your money, but you have to pay shipping back to China. Stay away…I wish I had.
Poor product quality and sizing. When I tried to return they kept asking me questions then when I provided the answers they ghosted me. Unless you want poor quality and an inability to return I would not order from them.
No acknowlment of purchase . Credit card not hit and no emails from them .. this website is a fraud .
Love the clean, modern look of this brand. If you like a minimalist vibe with great silhouettes, this is the spot. The materials feel expensive and the cut is very flattering. I’m only holding back the 5th star because I’d love to see more seasonal accessories, but for core staples, you can’t beat them.
Pacrata has become my go-to for 'smart casual.' Their polos and light jackets transition perfectly from the office to dinner. The fabric is breathable and holds up well after a few washes. I did have to exchange one item for a different size, and while customer service was helpful, the process was a little slow. Still, I’ll be back for more.
