I ordered a $59.99 dollar men's jacket

I ordered a $59.99 dollar men's jacket. Shipping took over 3 weeks. When it arrived it did not match the picture. The jacket was beige with pink toned cuffs and collar. The jacket fell all the way below the hips. When I attempted to return it, I had to take pictures and send them in which was fine. The company said that I ordered the size and there was nothing that they could do except return 20% of the cost of the jacket. The jacket had NO size tag on it.

This was the first time I ordered from Baleaf Sports. I am trying to buy directly from businesses rather that a third party. My experience was fantastic. I had some questions about my order and customer service was fantastic and personal! When I find a company that is responsive and trustworthy, I am a loyal customer.
