DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! This site is a SCAM. Ordered 1 electric bike from the site called "BEST SHOP" received order confirmation from a company named Pajampart.com Immediately after the purchase become suspicions and I find out that this company has a long scam record. Tried to contact them without a success; so, a day after the purchase I wrote an email requesting voiding the transaction and requesting a refund. Nothing happened. Today, I got the "package", being a couple of inches square, contained a cheap, awful, ugly, pretend diamond ring from someone called 'GRA Moisenites with a fake gemstone report not containing a name of the gem. Absolutely blooming and worthless. I have emailed the company for a full refund again, but don't expect to hear anything back. My story is exactly the same as the one below: therefore I just rephrased the some complain. Anyone know how to get them to prevent others being cheated like us? Date of experience: Purchase May 26, "package" received June 08, 2023

This site is a SCAM. Ordered 2 electric bikes, received order confirmation and a tracking number. Tracking number worked fine, with 'package' eventually being delivered by Evri via cainiao premium. To my surprise the 'package', being a couple of inches square, contained a cheap, awful, ugly, pretend diamond ring from someone called 'GRA Moisenites Report. Absolutely bloomin worthless. I have emailed the company for a full refund, but don't expect to hear anything back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
I have spent $45 dollars
I have spent $45 dollars, have not received anything. It has been one month already. Not sure if this is a on line business or just take your money and scam people.

This is a scam and I've been trying to get a refund and they actually said they tried too but couldn't because MY BANKING INSTITUTION DIDN'T HAVE THE FUNDS FOR A REFUND SO IT WAS DENIED? SO THEY TRIED GETTING MORE MONEY OUT!!!!! I HAVE 20 SOME EMAILS AND ANOTHER 99. I WISH I COULD POST THE EMAILS HERE BECAUSE I WOULD! THIS IS UNREAL! ANYONE ELSE GET A "RING?"

Luckily my bank flagged my payment for my order so I did not get ripped off thankfully. It was a small order £30 but all the same I still have my money. They are listed as atrusted site by Google who should really I feel sort them out as well

After having been scammed by Inscovemer and Jaewhar (2 Similar Shopping Portals), and at my wits end after nearly 2 months of back and forth with their Contact Services, I decided to inform my Visa Card service provider( My Bank). I sent my Bank an email saying : I was scammed, with details of the transactions.. My Bank soon thereafter followed up with me, with the following emails: Quote:(2nd Bank Response) "Thank you for your enquiry regarding these transactions. We have started our investigations with each merchant's bank and we will process temporary credits to your account in the next few days. These temporary credits will appear on your next statement. What happens next? Each merchant's bank has up to 30 days to respond, so please look out for any correspondence from us during this time. If any merchant's bank chooses to challenge your dispute, we will send you their response to review. Should you wish to continue the disputes, our correspondence will specify a date you need to respond by and will require you to list your reasons for continuing the dispute. If you don't hear from us after 60 days from the date of this letter, it means your dispute has been accepted and the temporary credit will remain in your account. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
If I could I would give them 0 stars. I ordered a bunch of items on Dec 9th, used there tracking app and 3 months later it said my items where delivered. Of course nothing was delivered. I checked my camera from my house, went to the post office where the tracking app said it was processed through and nothing. I've even been back and forth with there so called customer service. This is the worst site to buy from, PLEASE STAY AWAY, it's 100% a scam. Really wish the authorities would Crack down of stuff like this.

Order placed in December. I had a cheap ring sent which they said was to confirm my address. Told that order was in transit but it never arrived. I asked for a refund. They tried to get me to accept 30% refund. They then agreed full amount saying it would take up to 20 days. As you can guess 20 days has gone and still no refund. A terrible company and shouldn't be allowed to trade/advertise. I wish I had read reviews. It reminds me that if something looks to good to be true don't it is

The only thing that has been lost is the money I invested in this scam. I would tell anybody in everybody to avoid This frustrating, Fraudulent Experience.
