This company is scam. I made an order from the company in December 2022, $97.67 worth. I was charged twice, yet my order never never came. I sent emails and nothing was done.

Failing to refund.
Back in May 2023 I ordered a small electric bike for about $57. Their logo looked exactly like it was of a "Best Buy". I cancelled my order right away and was promised a refund. They keep sending me an information, that they are "working on my refund". It's been over 6 months now.
Total scam
Shipped me a two dollar ring instead of the electric bike My experience was the same as Marjorie in October 2022. Claimed the first shipment was to confirm my address. Waited another 6 weeks - nothin. Then the games begin - finally offering a 90% refund - message after message with the same lie. There was no refund. Having my credit card company pursue it now.

The worst e-hop experience ever: 1. I ordered an electric bike: never arrived! Their delivery company said they did but they do not hold the proof of my signature (obviously!!). I live in Greece, my name is in the building intercom and it is the only one handle written with Latin letters so easy to find!! 2. We agreed for a refund of 90% of the paid amount and nowadays, after 3 months, never arrived!! Please keep far away from this e-shop!!

I ordered months ago
I ordered months ago. They said they shipped and it was delivered lieyer's. When I contacted them they said they would reship lieyers. I asked for my money back but they wanted my banking info which I never give out. I asked for them to deposit into my PayPal account they said that they can't use PayPal lieyer's. Total scam. I would like to hold Google responsible since they say that they check out all sites and that pajamapart is legit more lies. DO NOT BUY FROM PAJAMAPART OR ANY OTHER SITE AFFILIATED WITH THEM. I am an elder on dissability and they blatantly ripped me off.

This site is a total scam 1 bike ordered then I was told to wait and wait and then after 6 weeks was told it was delivered although it wasn't? They said at first it must have come then they offered me half the money? No phone number to speak to anyone who complete scam avoid this company at all costs.

I've already written a review but wanted to come back to do an update. In the previous review I'd mentioned I was relentlessly bugging them about getting a full refund. Well after about 5 months of continuous pursuit I finally received a full refund! It made it into my account a couple days ago. So if y'all want a full refund NEVER give up and aggressively contact them about getting a full refund. I've also called them out on being a scam multiple times. Y'all fight for your hard earned money back! God bless!
Big Big Scam…
About half year ago I ordered 3 jumpers that never arrived. They sent me a ugly cheap toy ring instead. Of course that is the way they said the goods was delivered. Big Big Scam !!! By the way they advertised the items in Australian dollar, but they charged me the same number in US $

Looks like they are back under Yuertik… same MO .. They shut down Pajamapart and rain drizzle. Same bait used. Ridiculous low prices and no intent to deliver.

Do not order from these scammers. Like most received a one cent ring just so they can claim they have tracking details with you receiving your order. Then send you countless emails promising a return on money but the excuses never stop. If anyone knows a legal way to stop these people let’s jump onboard to make sure criminals are held accountable. Strength in numbers.
Got a refund !
Just to tell you all that after complaining to my card card issuer that they had let me down by granting card facilities to a bunch of crooks - I got my money back in 48 hours. INTERESTINGLY - it was refunded by shaperce.com who appear to be part of Alibaba so I am still no wiser what is going on here. Strange ! Anyway - just claim a refund.
Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. The prices are deliberately under the U.K. Consumer Credit Act claim limit so the loss is against the purchaser and not the credit card. My experience is just the same as so many, order, get confirmation and tracking number and receive a crappy ring! They don’t care who you are, they just want to take your money. DO NOT BUY FROM PAJAMPART OR OTHERS CONNECTED TO THEM!
