I am having the same problem. The item was not delivered and they say that they will refund. This has been in email discussion for 2 months. Stay away from Pajamapart.

SCAM WEBSITE - AVOID AT ALL COST I placed a pretty sizable order in Dec. 2022. Then I received a notice that the order was delivered to my front door - absolutely didn't happen. I sent an email to find out where the order was delivered for them to apologize and state they would resend the order. I should have known right there and then as they asked no questions that this was a scam. They strung me along for another month before I decided to check out their reviews. Now I know my money is gone!

I ordered a bunch of different items spent about $100 and then I recieved a fake diamond ring like really ? That's random lol and in the end they avoid my emails and got nothing refunded or anything sent to me except that chuck e cheese ring!

Needs to have a no star available. SCAM I also ordered from here and yes, should have did my researched after waiting well over a month their tracking g site said my package was delivered It WASNT. The tracking code was fake I knew that immediately when Ship 24 said no such package found but of course my money was already gone. Avoid these scammers at any cost

Company is a big scam!!! Ordered items December 2022 and got nothing. Customer service has replied numerous times shipment canceled and refund made. Paid via PayPal and they are no help as well. Lost money for sure. To all don't waste time or money with this company.

Like Mondanion and many others Pajama-part is a fraud scam site, don't order anything, They will give you a fake tracking number and you are not going to receive any item. They should be banned from the internet.

I Order 4 items at a christmas time, but I didn't recived yet they sent to me tracking number, but the didn't fill your address correctly and the order is back without contacting me. I tried to contact them, they are all unprofessional. Totally the site is a scam do not order anything from this site.

This site is a scam. Any company affiliated to it is a scam. Please DO NOT ORDER anything. I took a risk knowing that it might be too good to be true and it is not true. Please pass on the message to prevent others from giving these cons business. I hope one day they get what is coming to them.

I placed an order, a BIG mistake. Never received my package. A complete rip off and waste of money. Of course the company doesn't give a crap, they have your money and you get nothing. What a scam.
PAJAMAPART SCAM
I ordered clothing , and after a moth they sent me a cheap ring, after complaining they said they will send me my order , i waited over 50 days , Globle tracking website and some other website state delivered, but i have not received anything. i cannot understand how people like this are scamming people and getting away with it Hausad is another scam company. They should be caught and punished .
Pajamapart.com is a Total scam
Total scam. DO NOT attempt to order from this sham website. Received a toy ring instead of the merchandise I actually ordered. It took over 30 days to receive. I sent an email about it and received a reply from 'Violet' verifying that a package was sent to me. Same experience as the others: ordered clothing items, sent fake, toy ring instead.
