If i could have i would not give any stars. I have tracked and tracked this package and it says delivered on1/1/23. I have not received any packages. I will follow up with this until i get results. Nothing has come to my house. My order was for $65 and have not received a penny worth of merchandise. This is horrible to trust that u are purchasing something from a site that will follow thru with getting your items to u.
didn't want to give 1 star, you should look at giving the option of giving no stars. My mum ordered some sweaters from this company whilst with me at Christmas, all was received was a moissanite ring with a fake verification certificate from global geminology research academy. be very careful if you order from this seller. very much doubt the sweaters will ever arrive.

My order was never received. According to their tracking, my order was delivered. I have never not received any deliveries before. I wish I had read their reviews prior to losing my money.
Please do not buy from this website I spent over 135.00 buying shoes and jackets with tra k suits. I was told the items were shipped. I kept tracking and tracking and tracking the packages because they were coming in two boxes. Shipping company name 17track.com after all throng waiting I was told the packages were delivered 06:30am and 11:11 am while we all were home. I have send emails upon email and this lady called Army and Lele keep replying me about they are working on my order it still I. Transit. Upon ro now nobody want to respond to my email again. Now.i an thinking of calling my bank to file an dispute so I can my money back because, I think that's the only way to get your money back from them.
If there was anyway to rate them below a 1 I would. I placed an order on November 22 and have yet to receive it. I have emailed multiple times and get different responses from different people. What a joke. Beware of this place!!
If I could I would give these scam artist a negative 10! I made two orders on November 15th of this year. Both orders were paid for and I patiently waited for delivery. On the 17th on November, I began receiving emails to "confirm" or "complete" my transaction in relation to these two orders. Naturally I was confused and tried corresponding with their customer service department to clarify things. After, several attempts to try to double bill me for my purchases the company then offered a 20% refund since my deliveries hadn't arrived....during the weeks of pointless back and forth emails where they would acknowledge fault and give me hollow platitudes and assurances but would refuse to confirm if my orders had been ship, will be shipped or were ever properly processed at all. I keep getting emails from different agents assuring me that a 100% refund would be applied but it takes them 15 to 25 days to do so. All the while, any attempt to get clarity on the status of orders was meet with condescending,"Cook cutter" emails saying ".....we are terribly sorry....we are looking into this....your refund has been processed it takes 15 to 25 days...." never once any mention on the status of the items ordered. I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the purchase through my credit card company to get my money back and am still being flooded with emails telling me that they are "working on it" or trying to get me to purchase the very items I initially ordered. This experience was a giant insulting waste of time. Do NOT do business with these people!
Purchased 4 jackets from this company at a very cheap price (should have guessed from the price something was not right) checked details thought company as in Ireland, company is Chinese no jackets received, numerous emails sent but I think generated emails received back saying contact another email site with I guess generated email’s again the tracking company used is bad as they are saying goods delivered successfully I think they are part of it as you are unable to contact them direct total scam so beware of any cheap clothing sites which when you check they say the are based in Ireland you will just lose your money. This outlet and many other outlets seem to all linked to FADEL- BEATTY LIMITED, NAVAN, MEATH, IRELANDM. Lang
