Sizing is way off. Was about a full size bigger than every other shoe i own in the same size. Felt alright in terms of comfort aside from sizing but there is no exchange program and the return process is one of the most frustrating.
Their "return approved" email warns you four separate times that your refund might be refused. You have to handwrite a return code on the box or, in their words, the package "may be rejected or experience severe refund delays." You also have to print your order confirmation for the box and upload your own tracking number to their portal. You pay return shipping, and if they reject the return, they'll send the shoes back "with shipping costs covered by you." Be ready to spend some time at the post office if they don't fit on your first order.
also took over a week to arrive so plan accordingly. The shoes themselves were cool, no support though.
Don't buy from them. Their sizing is wrong and misleading.
I ordered a pair of shoes based on their sizing chart. It didn't fit me at all. Ordered a EU44 supposed to fit a 285mm foot length; reality is it fits like a EU41, 270mm foot.
Claimed for a compensation or for them to take full responsibility due the misleading information so I could return the shoes without any cost. They gaslighted me and never wanted to assume their responsibility.
The shoes didn’t fit my size. I’ve already submitted 3–4 return requests, but Pane completely ignores them and never responds, even though their website says return instructions should be sent within 7 days.
I do not recommend buying from this company, because returning an item is basically impossible.
Like another reviewer here, I had the same reservations about ordering DTC from a Chinese company, but the fact that they have physical stores abroad reassured me. Like the other viewer, my experience was very good, the product is solid--beautiful & good quality. Took a while to move through customs & therefore arrive, but I'm not holding Pane responsible for that.
