Runs a full size large, and returns are on you
Sizing is way off. Was about a full size bigger than every other shoe i own in the same size. Felt alright in terms of comfort aside from sizing but there is no exchange program and the return process is one of the most frustrating. Their "return approved" email warns you four separate times that your refund might be refused. You have to handwrite a return code on the box or, in their words, the package "may be rejected or experience severe refund delays." You also have to print your order confirmation for the box and upload your own tracking number to their portal. You pay return shipping, and if they reject the return, they'll send the shoes back "with shipping costs covered by you." Be ready to spend some time at the post office if they don't fit on your first order. also took over a week to arrive so plan accordingly. The shoes themselves were cool, no support though.
