Hi Clara. We're sorry to hear that you weren't able to use our platform during the first year of your subscription. To clarify, the plan you signed up for included a discount for your first year, after which your subscription continues on a monthly plan ($297). Our checkout page mentions these details, and this is entirely different from our lifetime access pricing plan. An active subscription is required for continued access to the app, to create and edit content, to access your users and pricing plans, to get access to iOS/Android app updates and new features, etc. If you have any other questions, please write to our support team.
