Dear C Hayward, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the equipment requirements. We do state on both our website and in the product instructions that a garden sprayer is required for application. We also recommend lightly pressure washing the treated area afterwards to remove any residue and clean away any remaining surface dirt. If you feel that carrying out the treatment yourself is no longer the best option, we also offer a service where our experienced team can carry out the treatment for you, retreating the area as required until all black spots have been removed and the natural colour of your patio has been fully restored. If this is something you would be interested in, please don't hesitate to contact us on 0800 500 3032 or email us at [email protected], and we'd be happy to discuss your options. Many thanks, The PBSR Team
