We had our Indian sandstone tiles cleaned by Michael in June. Absolutely delighted with the result. Michael was professional, efficient, friendly, and explained the process. Would definitely recommend Michael and the Patio Black Spot Removal Company Ltd.
Did what it said on the tin although some needed 2 goes as a bit more stubboprn
We were amazed at the transformation of our natural stone paving having tried for years to find a product that would restore it to its original condition. It was laid 25 years ago. The finish, after treatment, is perfect. Thank you!
This product does what it says it will do and very effectively but it isn't cheap as you apply it undiluted, however you get what you pay for.
What a great product! It works brilliantly, with minimal mess and environmental impact. Great to see at RHS show too ... a lovely team with great customer care. 100% recommended for tackling a tired grotty patio and making it instaworthy again. Thank you Team PBSR
Absolutely fantastic service and products! We have asked the Patio Black Spot Removal company to clean our Indian limestone patio and it’s just brilliant work. We wish would have done it sooner. The team worked professionally, took care to move the outdoor plants and furniture and put them back and clean after. The results speak for themselves.
Great product, easy to buy and easy to apply. Been using it for more than 5 years and my York stone patio still looks like new. Thank you!

The person who completed the work on my patio yesterday did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the results, and cannot praise the person highly enough. He was punctual, extremely helpful and capable, and conducted the work very efficiently. I have nothing but praise and would highly recommend the company.
I was dubious as to whether our 20 year old artificial stone could be brought back to life, but the result was excellent.

Product delivered promptly - for both orders. This really does work. It cleaned my decorative concrete slabs perfectly - but I soon realised that perhaps I was using too much - but I did need to be generous with my application to get an even result. It definitely brought the slabs up cleaner than with just power washing alone.

The product actually works. The remover cleaned our patio to the original colour and the preventer keeps it that way; didn't even have to wash off the green algae in a damp area before applying.

Product was delivered promptly And did a good job but needs to be used 1:1 part water to be effective even on surfaces that are only slightly stained
Dear Mr Neville, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, your feedback is greatly appreciated. We are glad to hear that you are happy with the results of our product. I have not used the cleaner yet as my house exterior is being painted. However I didn’t realise that I was going to have to buy a sprayer and a power washer in order to use it. I’m 82 and am beginning to think it would have been better to pay someone with the equipment to do the job
Dear C Hayward, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the equipment requirements. We do state on both our website and in the product instructions that a garden sprayer is required for application. We also recommend lightly pressure washing the treated area afterwards to remove any residue and clean away any remaining surface dirt. If you feel that carrying out the treatment yourself is no longer the best option, we also offer a service where our experienced team can carry out the treatment for you, retreating the area as required until all black spots have been removed and the natural colour of your patio has been fully restored. If this is something you would be interested in, please don't hesitate to contact us on 0800 500 3032 or email us at [email protected], and we'd be happy to discuss your options. Many thanks, The PBSR Team
Loads of emails for reviews and I’ve not had time to use it yet! One email would suffice and once used then I’ll review.

Positive reviews have a huge impact on our business, so we do try to encourage customers to leave a review of their experience. However, we understand this can be frustrating when you have not yet used our product. When you do get the opportunity to use the product, we recommend doing so within 6 months of purchase to ensure it's at its best. We'd love to hear how you get on, and if you'd like to update your review once you've tried it, we'd be very grateful. If we can be of any further assistance or you would like to give any feedback on how to improve the service furthermore please contact us directly. Many thanks, The PBSR Team
Absolutely amazed! My 12year old Indian sandstone patio has looked dull, spotty and weedy for years, despite regular pressure washing and using several cleaning products. After just one application of your product the transformation is stunning, the natural colours have been restored and looks almost like it did when it was laid!!! Thank you. I'll definitely be buying more!!!
