Fantastic product
Great product that completely removed all traces of black spot and green algae staining. Patio now looks like new again. Even cleaned the specialist rubber flooring next to the slabs that laid for my disabled daughter. Cannot recommend highly enough. Easy to order and fast delivery

The result and the application were much closer to the advertisement than to my expectations. What more can I say? The stones were really well cleaned. The only issue I had was that the containers are a little bit too small, and I needed to re-order some very quickly.

My only observation is concerning delivery.
All my previous orders arrived next day via DPD.

Great result and easy to achieve
I am delighted with the result, my patio looks like new. All the black spots have gone and the colour of the stones has really come out. I am the least practical person but this was so easy to do. Delivery was very quick after placing the order so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product and this company.

Disappointing results overall
We bought the 2 litre bottle as it is a relatively expensive product especially as we had to buy a sprayer too. As others (and the manufacturers to be fair) advised, this tends to work best on newer stains. It removed some awful brown stains from recent plant residue, but performed less effectively on black spots that have appeared over the past 8 years on our granite slabs.
We have two very large patios so we are debating on how much more money we should spend as to be honest, we are disappointed with the initial results as the 2 litre bottle just wasn't enough to cover all areas. We followed the instructions to the letter too.

Dear Tracy,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the initial results.
Black spot that has built up over many years can require multiple treatments to achieve complete removal. This is why we recommend treating a trial slab first, as outlined in our instructions. The trial slab allows you to see how many treatments are required to remove all the spots. This will give you the confidence the product works and an indication of how much product is required to complete the rest of the area.
A 4-litre container treats up to 20 SQM, so a single 2-litre container would not typically be sufficient to treat two large patios. For the best results, the slabs need to be fully saturated. Applying it too thinly over a large area will reduce its effectiveness and make it more difficult to achieve the desired results.
Could you share some photos to [email protected] so we can confirm the product will remove the staining you’re referring to?
Many thanks,
The PBSR Team
Quite often one suspects reviews but believe me this stuff really works.
It is astonishing how removing the crud uplifts and enhances! Pink slabs are particularly affected- they look great

Our flagstone patio was so black, mossy, and dirty looking and after using the Black Spot Remover, it looks brand new again! The product is easy to use and is very effective! It does what it days it will do. We highly recommend!
We also bought the Preventer product and look forward to using annually to maintain the look (no pressure washing needed with use of the Preventer). Im attaching before and after pics so you can see the results for yourselves. Note: We forgot to take a pic at the very start. The before pic that is attached is after we power washed once to get as much of the moss and heavy black off as we could. It looked much worse than the pic attached.
Sorry...doesn't look like i can attach pics. If i can figure out at a later date on how to add pics, I will.
