Got a delivery of a wrong size. Send an email to cust service and was bounced because my email is a yahoo.com account. I have to resend using my office email which is so inconvenient.
defective product, poor customer service
Product sole opened up after wearing TWICE, emailed Pazzion regarding problem on the 20th of August, till today, no reply from them. Quality service? Totally disappointing!

Exchange can be easier.
Delivery is fast but the promo is not…
Delivery is fast but the promo is not very attractive. Most of the.good promo discount are clearing of old stock.
Comfortable flats and cool foldables.
The shoes, especially lambskin ones, are comfortable to wear. After buying from Pazzion, I rarely buy from other stores. 80% of the shoes I own are now from Pazzion. I deducted one star as inner soles wear out rather quickly. The sides of their loafers get soft and unstable quickly too, causing me to sprain my ankle once. However, I love their comfy flats and their foldables are so handy for travel (they come with their own leather pouch for easy storage!). Cool! Good value for money too!

Terrible experience. I bought 2 pairs of shoes during the National Day Promo. Transaction went through but they denied it later saying there’s no promo for the shoes I bought

I have ordered online 2 times during sales.. Quality is different from the one buy from shop. It only last a month after that sole will come out. Paid 55$ during sale and it is really 19$ shoe quality.
