The shoes I bought are so so stunning. They are made of a great material and the colour is EXACTLY what I wanted it to be. The only reason why they arent getting 5 stars is because even using the size charts, the shoes are small, almost a full size too small. They are currently being stretched using a shoe stretcher and I am hoping that will work as I bought these shoes for my wedding.

The shoes quality recently wasn't that good as compared to previous purchases. Bought a pair of heels from online sales recently and it was really uncomfortable due to the stiffness of leather as well as the design of the heels (I.e. no cushion at feet ball causing pain even when worn few minutes at home). Sent feedback to Pazzion customer service and request for possible exchange of shoes to another pair, was rejected as it was sales item. Anyway, have been loyal customer since Pazzion started in Singapore years ago and just disappointed with the quality of the shoes. Thanks.
Should have take note of consumer comments .Although is sales product,instead giving display or tried pieces for online purchases,consumer have to spend another trip to collect the item . The customer service is prompt to response on feedbacks.

materials are nice but shoes are not designed with skills to ensure sling shoes’ strap are not droppy/dropping when walking. pump shoes have short front coverage only for the toes, hence are also not well designed so walking become with them can be a strain on the foot base.
Bought 2 pairs of shoes and both gave me very bad blisters. I ordered a pair online over the weekend so it was pending for delivery and I bought another pair from the store. At first I wanted to return It as was pending for delivery but they didn’t allow me to cancel. Customer service told me I can refund but it will be in the form store credits. Gave me the typical standard answers. Their shoes ain’t cheap either.

For the online purchase, the shoes and the shoe boxes came looking a little old, gives me the impression that they were old stock that no one wanted to buy. I was diasppointed but since it was sales item, I couldn't refund or exchange them. I would much rather go to the shop where I can pick and choose the shoes.
Difficult to contact customer service after my purchase online - response was slow and not helpful. Service to international customers is really inadequate.
I ordered online for a NEW pair of show. Instead, I received a pair of shoe with one of the side wore by someone else. Submitted a feedback online but no respond by Pazzion. I wonder by submitting this review, will someone address this.
